These seem JUST a tad narrower across the toes than last year's Keen Hoodoo Tall boots. The tongue does NOT have any "real" padding. The leather is a bit stiff IF you only want them to wear around on a snowy day (vs Hiking). I think they would be good for show shoes. Debating about whether I want to go to Shoemaker to see WHAT material he could line the tongue with. Because I have a high instep (and high arch) the laces press in a bit. The laces go through metal rings (NOT hooks) making it much HARDER to lace and maintain any tension. Most people can use a double surgeon's knot to SNUG things up. But....due to lack of padding on tongue AND because I have had "Lace Bite" (tendonditis) I have to be very CAREFUL how tight I lace them. Since I am hard to fit (narrow heels, wide toes) I will see what the Shoemaker can do. Otherwise - I will just return them!! Hope this info will help you.

Last year I bought the Keen Kaci in a 7.5 (my usual shoe size is 6.5) and I love them. I wanted the Greta to replace my mid-height Keen boots I use to snowshoe since they were getting a bit worn out. I figured the 7.5 in the Greta should work also, but it turned out they were too narrow so they had to go back. They seemed to fit more like a size 7. I did like the style and the quality of the boot (and they came with an extra set of black laces) but I guess I can't count on Keen to deliver a wider toe box anymore.

I absolutely *love* these boots. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on. (After buying and returning multiple pairs of boots from various sites looking for the right ones). I bought a half size up, as I always do with winter boots so I can wear thick socks with them. I have worn them hiking almost daily since I bought them in mid-November. (Or at least on the days that have been cold enough, which have been most). They have kept my feet warm and dry in the snow, mud, and literally wading through deep puddles when I had no other way through, and they have excellent traction on the ice. I have a *lot* of hardware in my ankles and legs from a car accident and it makes comfort difficult, especially around my ankle area, but these have been super comfortable. They give me good support, which I need. And they look cool...I have actually had a couple of friends compliment me on them. I am very, very picky about footwear (comfort, comfort, comfort, support, support, style) and I loved these from the first. In fact, I just ordered a second pair to have on hand when these wear out, because you know they always change the styles they make. I hike every day with my doggies, even in the thick of winter, so I need boots that keep me warm and dry and give good support. These fit the bill and I love the way they look to boot. (Pun intended). I dreaded trying to replace my boots in time for winter when I knew I needed a new pair, because I am so picky, and I am so glad I found these!

I love that keen comes in 10.5 for women. This size is hard to find!!These boots are very warm and comfortable with no break in.

The fit was too large in the heel and the calf was too narrow. Beautiful design but extremely uncomfortable.

I love these boots! Almost sad to see summer come as they needed to be tucked away. Wore them nearly every day last winter. Will again this winter! Still perfect shape and would definitely buy again, if needed!

These lightweight, waterproof boots are excellent for a lot of walking/hiking. The ankle support is great. I am a delivery driver and I work 10 hour days. These boots keep my feet comfortable and dry the entire day.

These are amazing boots! I am a 56 year old woman with arthritis in my feet, knees, low back and hips. I just started a job as a delivery driver. I wore these boots for a 10 hour day and my body felt really good. I ordered a size 9 and it was true to size. My feet are fairly narrow and the toe box worked great for me. I have high arches and the arch support/ankle/lace area was very comfortable. They are very lightweight. I recommend these for anyone who needs the best quality boot for a long work day!

Keens have always run small so i order a half size larger and it always works. I can’t brag enough about Keen both when i was working on concrete floors all day and now that I deliver for Amazon. I have normally bought the Keen Utility shoes and boots but their Hiking line also works well for the work environment. Their fashion line is fun too but I would focus on Utility and Hiking versions for top performance.

I'm a delivery driver in the midwest and was looking for a good pair of boots for the winter. They were stiff coming out of the box but my feet still felt good after a 10 hour shift. They are very water resistant and warm but I do wear them with thicker socks. My feet stay dry after walking through snow and slush all day.

I ordered them a size larger so I could wear thick socks with them and they are very comfortable with or without the thick socks. They are nice looking and I trekked in very muddy conditions first wear and they were great.

I wear a size 7. I got a size 7. I have a skinny foot. I have enough room to put insoles. And the toes seem to have a lot of room. They may have been a half size too big. I stepped in a puddle of water. It didn’t even look like there was water on my boots. They seem to keep my feet pretty warm. As long as I’m moving. They were the closest to female looking boots as were available.

Love my boots I wear them every day for work and they are truly comfortable and great for work!

This shoe is perfect for snow or rain. No wet feet and great support. They keep my feet warm as well

These boots are amazing! So comfortable and warm. I wear anywhere between a size 7-8 depending on the shoe. I’m usually a size 8 in sneakers and I have a pair of Oboz hiking shoes in an 8 that fit really well. I went with an 8 in this shoe and the fit is perfect. I can still wear warm socks with them without feeling too snug. I have nothing bad to say about this boot, they have kept my feet dry and warm. Would recommend!

I love Keen they are made well and have great support for working on hard surfaces all day and are comfortable with good traction. I always look for Keen they pay attention to detail and are worth the money and last long. I think they will replace insoles and laces for free.

Perfect fit and just what I had wanted. However, recent health issues prevent me from participating in winter activities and utilizing this boot. ?

These are great snow boots. Warm and waterproof. Tall enough to keep out the white stuff. Great purchase.

Comfortable right off the bat. Now break in time. Warm and have great traction.

Awfully narrow for Keen. I am so disappointed. It otherwise appears to be a very nice boot.

I usually wear a size 10 shoe but got a 10 1/2 so I'd have room for toe warmers and a heavy sock. These seem perfect. No breaking in time needed. Only wish that the two top laces would have the hook rather then only the top lace with the hook. It would make it faster and easier to put on.

The shoe width was very snug, but the heel was so wide that my foot moved up and down when I walked, no matter how tight the laces were. Not good for walking for exercise. Sorry.
