I purchased the size I always wear. Size 7. I was able to replace the insole with one that had arch support and cushioning. Put on a Boot Sock and they were great. I can still move my toes a little. I love the ankle support. I'm heading to Maryland so I wanted the warmth a boot.

Wear a 7 in regular shoes and 8 in sneakers. Got the 8 first - too big. Returned for the 7 - too small. Hopefully the 7.5 will be the perfect fit. Really cute boots with awesomely big toe box.

Cute, warm, and plenty of room for the size I normally wear.

OI bought these for a winter trip to Berlin. They did not need to be broken in at all, and I have walked 6-12 miles per day in them so far. I am a true size 8. Like other Keen shoes, there is a roomy reinforced toe box and they also kept my feet warm -not hot or sweaty- on 34 degree days. I am so glad I bought these!

I have owned many Keens and have the old Kaci. These are much different and run wider have to order a size smaller. Keen stop changing your shoes love the old Kaci !

Nice and roomy toe box! True to size and I could put my orthotics in place! Comfortable and waterproof and warm

I really wanted to like these green boots because they're soooo cute however the width was to wide, not rendering any type of support. Will be returning in search of something else.

They bottoms squeak when I walk. It's not a huge issue, but I already bought the green pair which squeak something awful (around the tongue)!!! I refuse to pay $160 on another squeaky pair.

My previous hiking/ snow boots died so needed a replacement. Love keen water sandals and wear them with or without socks depending on the season most of the year. These are very new…. Only worn twice. Love wide toe box like sandals. We’re warm and dry through 3 inches of snow including the melting and re-freezing process.

Felt like it ran about a half size big. Top of boot is super stiff, rubbed uncomfortably on ankle but hoping will soften up after some wear.

I was pleased with the quality of these shoes and was very excited to get them however they were too small. I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half-size smaller than my normal size however this was a mistake. The wide footbed was great however length-wise they were a true-to-size 9.5. I would exchange them for the size 10 (my normal size) however that size is unavailable so I will, unfortunately, be returning them.

I liked everything about these boots but the squeaky noise they made when I walked in them. Color is lovely, good support, warm.

I’ve had these shoes about a month and they are thus far fantastic. As others have said they are very wide so if you have a thin foot look elsewhere. I wear them with thick socks and they are still roomy. I’ve done short hikes and they are comfortable. I have bunions, metatarsalgia, and occasional plantar fasciitis in my left foot and these allow me to hike with no discomfort. I took a star off because the insole is slick and has no arch support. I just replaced it. They also squeak when I walk downhill but it isn’t a dealbreaker.

These seemed sturdy and had a comfy footbed, but they definitely run very wide. Also the gusset inside isn’t really protected to be waterproof and where it folds create a rubbing zone that I know would give me a blister

These Keens were almost great! Very well made and very good arch support. The only problem was that the front half of the boot felt very wide, which allowed my foot to move around too much for comfort. I could have ordered a smaller size, but with warm socks the length was not terrible--so I thought a smaller size might get too snug with thicker socks. They were cute, though!!

Tried on a size 8 and 7.5. I didn't need a larger size to allow for thick socks as recommended in reviews. I normally wear a 7.5, but the toe box was too wide for me and my foot slipped around. Tried and they are very cute on!

I wanted to love these - they were exactly what I needed - a warm, waterproof mid hiker boot that I could walk and hike trails around in during winter weather. Keens usually have a wider toe box, which is great for a winter boot - however, the toe box on these was SO wide and I had so much room all around my toes that it wasnt going to work. Going down a size would compromise the length, so I had to return. Sad because I cant find what I want and these were so close!!

I had ordered a size 10 1/2, medium width, originally and the toe box was too roomy. I exchanged for a 10 and although the toe box is still large, the overall fit is much better. I ordered this boot for the insulation and I am hoping that they will keep my feet warm as advertised this winter.

the boot is very bulky; it fits in length and across toes but its a high volume boot and my feet are very thin, so there's no way I could drag this around. too heavy duty for my thin frame

Size and fit good for people with high arches, and wide forefoot, no sure about the laces, glad to finally have something to wear in the cold snow, not really very warm!

So... I went with the Zappos recommended size (7) and they were way too small. I sent back and got the 7.5 and they were too small as well and, by the time I was sending them back for the second time, decided I didn't love them that much and ordered a pair of Solomon's. I recommend you go with the size you would normally order in a boot.

100% unhappy with this boot...I wore three pairs out over many years so bought three new pairs. I put these on and walked across the street in the rain not paying attention to them. It was later I discovered that they SQUEAK something awful!!!! $160 boots SHOULD NOT SQUEAK!

keen has made this boot as cheap as they can! They have ruined a great boot. I have worn these boots for 10 years and they are not the same boots.

just a terrible fitting shoe! just not even remotely wearable- the material around the ankle is so stiff it is like trying to walk in a caste- malfunction!
