I bought these shoes previously and loved them, this pair said they were a size 6, but they were at least a full size too big, my foot slipped right out of them.

The heel was so loose I couldn’t stop them from slipping. I’ve owned the same shoe for years and lived them but not any longer.

This new Kaci is much more narrow and tight in the toebox than my old Kacis. I thought for a while I just needed to break them in, but I've had them for nine months now and they are still stiff and feel too small. I'm so sad about this. I've kept them too long to return them, and I still love my Keen sandals, but no more Kacis for me - I'm off to look for another comfy winter shoe.

The heel slips off. This makes me so sad. Previously, I had trouble getting my heel in to the Keen Kaci and I wonder if they didn’t over-correct. Please bring back the old style - I can shoehorn myself in. There’s nothing I can do to make these better.

So disappointed. Excellent quality shoe. Shoe is extremely tight across the top of my foot and the back doesn’t stay on when I walk. I wish they still made the original kaci shoe with the same fit. I’ve tried to order these a few different times. None fit as well as the original. Returning.

I had surgery on my posterior tendon and wanted something casual other than a sneaker with good support.. These were wide and floppy on me and one of them was torn in the elastic.. Most reviews said they were hard to get on, but my foot is more med/ narrow width, this wasn't the case for me.. Not a good fit and damaged.. Returned immediately

I have been wearing Keens for years. I currently have 10 pairs in my closet. I knew I could always order a size 8.5, and they would fit perfect. Not anymore. Ordered these Kaci's to replace a pair I had for 6 years ago. The heal was too wide. My foot kept slipping. Thank you Zappos for the easy returns.

The shoes seemed to be the correct fit, but were very stiff and slipped at the heel with every step.

I'll be returning these. I had these in blue a few years ago and the 8 fit great. So ordered them in black this year, size 8 and the shoe was sliding off the back of my foot when I took a step. Back they go. hopefully they'll have a 7.5.

I usually order a 5 but these were huge. I would have needed to order a 41/2 but unfortunately they don’t make this size. I wish they carried more smaller size shoes.

Longtime Kaci lover here. I've been trying to replace my old pair for a few years now. This version is still not right. WAY too much space in the heels. Both shoes labeled the same size but they clearly are not the same. Could they be 1/2 size apart? Keen made a contract with the lowest bidding contractor in Asia. Make a good shoe and I'll pay for it! Please!
