My wife is very happy with her jacket. She's actually keeping the two different-sized ones I bought her for proper sizing: the smaller one for a more fashionable look and the larger one for layering in colder weather.

I ordered this one in XL and the Ember Springs in L. I wish I had just gotten the large in this jacket. It lighter and less puffy so the larger size is too baggy. I would size up if you're between sizes, but definitely don't size up one full size. I hardly return stuff so I'll live with it but... It's a beautiful and lightweight and warm coat!

Such a light weight super warm jacket! Kept me warm in the snow and it wasn't bulky. Highly recommended.

This coat is warm without being too bulky. It runs small, even ordering up a size.

NO I DID NOT BUY A DOWN JACKET . I BOUGHT A Soft Fleece VEST and have searched for one of these for several years and all anyone sells in stores is "sweater fleece" products and that is NOTHING LIKE the original pop-can Fleece we all love and are looking for! I live in Colorado and need fleece all year . . . I would love to review the item I bought . It is just what I wanted . Some products never go out of style - where I live the original fleece will never go out of style, however Sherpa fleece is very popular, in winter - but we need fleece here in the Mountain West all year . . . often I wear it all day long . . .

Love this light weight but warm down jacket. I like that is comes down to hips. I also bought same style in men's for my husband, he loves his too! Great jacket, great quality.

I just bought this coat a week ago, and had my first chance to wear it was today the temperature was 14 degrees Fahrenheit and wind chill feel like was -9 bitter cold! I was amazed how nice and warm it was. I wasn't outside for a long period of time but this jacket is great. Love it

Wow! What a jacket! If you have to deal with stout winter weather, this is the jacket for you (also comes in a hooded version). The colors are terrific. The warmth!!!!! BUT, if you think you might want to have layers, or even a thick top, underneath, order a size larger. Columbia was quite skimpy on sizing. I am returning. Hopefully they have a larger size I can get — I WANT this jacket!!! But it does me no good if i can’t have layers or a sweater/sweatshirt under it….

Bought this coat for a trip back east. It is warm, lightweight and really comfortable and I love the color. I just wish the pockets were thicker or lined on the part up against your body. The inside part is just the shell lining and your hands get cold when the wind blows from below.

It runs very small but I need it. Arms are long. I am 5'10". Really beautiful jacket. Spilled beet juice on it from store. Did not notice, Beaded up. I scratched it off. Unreal.

Great jacket, warm and fits nicely. The only thing that would make it better is a hood!!

I like the jacket overall; however, the color is a little odd: more of a pinky red than either an orange or blue red. It runs small. I should have gone 1 size up if I wanted to wear a thicker top underneath. I like the high neck and the faux fur on the inside of the collar, as an added warmth feature. Zippers are plastic, but function well--no sticking. The lining of the jacket is unusual--a crinkly, silvery material called Omni-Heat that is supposed to add extra warmth. Seems to work. The sleeves have a slight elastic gathering at the wrist rather than a cuff.

I ordered a size up based on the website saying that it runs small, but it was huge on me. I would definitely say that it is true to size. I bought a medium, but I will be returning to get a small. For reference for other shoppers, I am a size 4 and 34B. Otherwise, it was good quality and seems warm. It's not cold where I am anymore, so I'm not sure what types of temperatures it would help in, but I bought it for around 40F days, and it seems like it'll work for those.

it's a beautiful jacket but the sizes run small. i thought i was erring on the side of caution and bought a large instead of a medium. it's very tight, wish I had bought the Xlarge now
