I bought this for my wife for Xmas and it fell apart after only two months

Came missing pieces like it was a return unchecked and shipped to the next customer

It continually opens causing me to almost lose my watch twice

Beautiful watch band, but How do you take the links out of the scalloped bracelet watch band? There needs to be directions with the band.

No idea how to make the band smaller

I contemplated a lot before buying this because it had mixed reviews. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately it did look like a cheap plastic material not worthy of a Kate spade name. I returned it.

It is gold, not rose gold. Not even close. Sad because, otherwise a really nice band

I bought this band for a birthday gift to myself in March. The band continues to come undone. I was working out in a class yesterday and the entire band fell off during the class.

When I first saw this band I absolutely fell in love with it. It's gorgeous. However, I barely had the band for two months and one of the link clasp kept coming undone. It would not stay clasped. At one point I lost my Apple Watch because it had fallen off my and I didn't even notice. Thankfully I recovered my Apple Watch. I'm very disappointed with Kate Spade and the quality of this band. Especially considering how much it cost.

I was very disappointed to receive a yellow gold watch band instead of the rose gold that matches the Apple Watch and is clearly worded and shown on the Kate Spade site as rose gold. I was sent a replacement and it too was yellow gold. When I called customer service, I was told that yellow gold is the only color they have. Truely misleading.

Despite the fact that this is advertised as self-adjusting, there are no instructions as to HOW to adjust it, and I was told in a chat with customer service that it is NOT adjustable. I returned this item.

Item is not as described. Says rose gold but it is not rose gold at all. They need to change that and I'm mad at myself for not having read the reviews before purchasing. Waiting for my refund!

I bought a band with flowers on it in a similar color with the exact same clasp. Clasp kept coming on done and today my watch flew off and cracked the face of my watch. The band also gave me an awful blister one day when it was warm out. Never spending this much on a band again.

I bought this and "natural gold" is not rose gold to match the Apple watch. Extremely disappointing.

the picture shows a matte style watch band, but when I got it delivered, it's a shiny style. I haven't used it because I need to return it.

The band is more gold than rose gold and does not match the watch face. Pretty disappointed to be honest. I bought the watch to match the band and now have a mismatched watch!

I don't know how to switch the links

It was not exactly as what I saw in the the picture. I was expecting flat black scallop band but, when the band came, it was shinny and seems to me has plastics in betweens the bands.

Never received my purchase.

The band is filled with interlocking clasps that catch on every thing snd makes thd watch feel flimsy.

The bracelet is too big.I don't like that in the website don't have the measurements of the bracelet.
