I've had severe lower-back pain the last six months. In that time I had started running again using some main-stream shoes. Did some research and discovered Hoka are better for your back. I can say with confidence the change to Hoka changed my life. These are definitely great for running, walking, or if you have a job where you have to stand a lot. I was hesitant at first because of the price but honestly a pair of nikes costs like 100 bucks and these are well worth the extra $40 investment.

I switched from Saucony to HOKA. I got the size wrong. I have a birth defect on my right foot. Its club footed :). Most of the time when I switch brands, I get into this issue. I got a 9 regular. I would need a 9.5 wide. I been using this for 10 days now. I may have put 100 miles on it. What are my options.

The Clifton 7s are great on my feet. I work 9-10 hour days with constant walking. I switched to Hokas about 3 years ago and refuse to put on any other brand. I have severe arthritis in my feet but when I where my hokas it's like I can run in place.

I mean, we all re-purchase shoes we like but I bought mine after only the second time wearing them. The shoe is my third HOKA model after previously wearing Cavu and Rincon and these have just the right fit and feel for my foot.

The Clifton 7's are amazing! I have been running with Nike's for a long time and just got used to the discomfort after a few miles, but these Clifton 7's are so lightweight, comfortable and supportive its amazing! I have plantar fasciitis and suffer from a bad case of tendinitis in my Achilles and this has been helped with all of it! Ready to get another pair!

About 112Km and the shoe is holding on pretty good. Minor sign of wearing on the outsole, but the upper is intact. I use the Clifton for long runs; I feel this version a bit more responsive than the 6, but not an issue for me. Overall a really good shoe for long run days.

I have been wearing the Clifton now for several years and while they were good, there was always something missing from making it an outstanding shoe. The 5 and 6 provided good cushion and the knit added a better structured fit but the new design of the 7 provides exceptional stability along with the improved cushioning. Knowing this shoe provides this great level of support makes my morning run each day more enjoyable and not an unpleasant chore.

Walking on hospital floors all day, I need shoes that are comfortable, lightweight, and able to be durable. These shoes are that and it feels like I'm walking on a cloud.

The comfort, the feel, the look. All around a phenomenal running experience in these and very appealing to look at. The shoe performs great and will definitely be something I get more pairs of in the future. For a person with a wide flat foot, I always had a hard time finding a shoe for me. After this I don't have to look any further as I've found a shoe that helps me go the distance.

bought a pair of Clifton 7 for my normal run. I love the comfort and the cushion is off the hook. However, its not something that I would go for speed. Its for nice and easy runs. I could only imagine how much more cushion there is on the Bondi 6.

This was my first purchase from Hoka and I am SOLD! I am starting a new business and during the painting process I wore cheap shoes and could barely walk after the end of the day. I made up in my mind I would get a new pair of shoes, so i bought my Clifton 7s . I wear them every chance i get now.

I've trained in the Carbon X and the Rincon and the Clifton's are, by far, my favorite running shoe. The fit is perfect and the cushioned landing is easy on the knees. I also use these with a soft insert which gives more added cushion. I'm in my second week of training with the Clifton's and I look forward to taking these across my next Ironman finish line in 2021.

I'm on my feet working 9+ hours on a concrete floor & these are the first pair of shoes that my feet haven't hurt after working all day. I have CP w/ my left side being weak & these shoes are light enough that I don't drag my foot as bad as with other shoes.

My brother's words, "a new level of athletic shoes", when he called to thank me for the gift. He sent me a picture of the track where he was going to get his walking routine started.

Several members of my run club; The Missing Chins Run Club run in Hokas and convinced me to give them a try. I bought the Clifton 7s and have loved them right out of the box. First four days I did a 10K, the famous Clearwater Beach 3 Bridge Half Mary, a 5k and then a 10mile run that actually wrapped up my Great Virtual Run Across Tennessee 1000k. The Cliftons were cush and felt great for all four runs back to back to back to back. Light, responsive and breathable. These will not be my last pair of Hokas that is for sure.

I'm not a runner, but I use Hokas for my flat feet and bunion and I am on my feet all day in a warehouse. If I had never tried the Bondis I would wholeheartedly recommend these Hokas, but the Bondis have a bit more cushioning in them and are more stabilizing on my foot. The Cliftons do all of these things, but I personally feel the Bondis are a touch above. After I wear these out, I will be going back.

I have flat feet and I've tried many shoes made for flat feet and they've all caused me more pain, particularly in my knees (with or without inserts). Apparently there are two types of flat feet though, ones that need support and ones that don't. I must be the latter, because this neutral shoe with great padding fits the bill almost perfectly. I wouldn't have even considered the Cliftons if I hadn't read a review saying that they're the new Bondi's (at least this iteration). I've never tried the Bondi's before, but I really like these Clifton 7's. I can stand on hard flooring for extended periods of time without knee pain and they're a great walking shoe (I haven't tried running in them yet with all the snow and ice out there right now.) The only gripe I have is that the Fiesta color is more of an orange than a red, but if it saves me from foot and knee pain I don't care what color they are. If I get tired of standing out, I might grab a second pair in all black so they go with more of my clothes. I'd love to see an all white pair or a bright yellow pair as well. Also my feet are right on the edge of being normal and wide and the pressure I get when I run definitely pushes them into the wide territory. The size suggester didn't recommend the wide model, but now I'm thinking I should have gotten them, especially when I start running in the Spring. I'm really happy I found this shoe company. I can't wait to try out a few different versions including those Bondi's.

They are great shoes and fit very well but they have a tendency to be very narrow. I never wear a wide width in a shoe but these are too narrow to wear a sock. So, i am going without a sock.

I am looking for a replacement for my ASICS Nimbus Gel 18s which I have worn for many years. The first thing I notice is that the shoes "squeak" when I run which is a bit of a nuisance. The 2nd thing is that I have a high arch and instep so that my foot is a little tight in the box heighth wise (not width wise), so a wider shoe would probably not fix. I replace the inserts with my orthotics which correct for pronation and they fit fine. Anyway, I am still evaluating so the verdict is still out. My running friends recommended the Hoka. Would there perhaps be another model that might be better suited for my condition instead of the Clifton?

Switched to these from Altra Escalantes to give a little extra cushion for more road mileage. Loving having them in my rotation because they ease my tendency towards metatarsalgia. My only quibble is I wish the toe box was just a touch wider...

I am a chiropractor and stand all day. I wanted shoes that had supreme padding and good support. Hi got both. My only complaint is that the regular width seems too snug and the wide allows my foot to swim around too much. Probably not a problem for most people but I seem to be right in the gap between widths. I went with the regular width hoping they'll stretch out a bit with regular wear. Quality shoe and the 30 day trial period will have me coming back!

I am a UPS driver that needs shoes to help me through the day. These shoes have what I would describe as a molded insole. I have a slightly wide foot, but there is no forgiveness in the shoe because the arch of the shoe is rigged. As a result, my foot would sit slightly on this rigged part and cause pain on my inner arches. I bought a pair of Saucony 8's and they fit great.
