Excellent quality shoes. I had been wearing an old pair of New Balance shoes that had outlived their useful, comfortable life. I have flat feet and my arches were killing me. These Hoka Bondi 7 shoes arrived and my foot pain disappeared as soon as I started wearing them. My feet measure between 11 and 11.5. I ordered a size 12, and I am so glad that I did. They fit perfectly. Style wise, I love the top portion of the shoe. The sole/base of the shoe visually looks a little thick (like a platform shoe from the seventies), and I feel that it could have been broken up with another color...but I have gotten used them. Overall, I really love this shoe!

I went a 1/2 size bigger and wide but the fit is perfect now! Love my Hoka Bondi 7's!

I wear orthotics. I have ordered numerous probably hundreds of shoes on Zappos over the years!! Most I have to return because of my foot problems. Thank goodness for Zappos they are wonderful. These hoka bondis are the best shoe I have ordered in many years. It took me a few days to get use to them but I love them. My orthotics fit great and they are so cushiony that I can do my walk on a hard path instead of a dirt path. I am very happy and again Zappos is the best! Why waste your time at a retail store.

I was glad I read the reviews about the narrow toe compared to the Bondi SR. I ordered the EE wide and the toe was stlll narrow compared to the SR, but it is okay if I don't use real heavy weight socks. As far as cushion goes it to is a little less than the bondi SR but is still very nice. The # 7 is much lighter and is better for the summer and the SR is better for the winter. So if you need a wide toe box go with the EE width or EEE. I guess that is why the offer it.

Shoes are comfortable to walk in, but extended standing there is discomfort with extended standing in the heal and arch area. Fit seems okay, I would like to get suggestions on what type of shoe that will provide comfort while standing for periods of time

My favorite most comfortable shoes but I didn’t think I could get away using them in a professional kitchen.

My boyfriend LOVES his new walking shoes. Says "they feel like walking on clouds." I know he's right, since I have the same shoe. :-)

I first tried them on without socks. I felt a sharp edge in the arch from the support. I decided to play around a little with the support to reposition it slightly. Then I tried them on with socks, and they were perfect. No more discomfort. I wore them around the house for a few hours before trying them outside, and they were very comfortable. They are lightweight and can be worn for hours with no discomfort. Very happy.
