Numerous officers with TSA have purchased the Bondi8. Everyone has spoken about the feeling of being less pressure on their feet and calves. I purchased, expecting a 2-to-3-day break-in. In all they were comfortable and broken in by day 2. I bought them to switch off with my New Balance 857's. The HOKAS make that a harder choice than I could imagine!

Fit like all of the other 6 pairs of Bondi 7s I have had. I do wonder if they changed the rubber as they seem to wear out faster than my Bondi 6s did. Definitely need to buy after-market insoles with these shoes. Color combination is awesome

Why does Hoka make an excellent shoe, only to abandon it and replace it with terrible new styles?
I LOVE the Bondi 7!! They are THE BEST shoes for running or walking, especially if you have any sort of foot or knee problems. (I love the cushioning and the fact that they come in wide and great colors. The BONDI 7 shoes changed my life, but now they are perpetually out-of-stock!! So bummed! I tried some of the newer styles, such as the Ahari 6, but the new styles have a really annoying and uncomfortable fit because the tongue is sewn into the shoe with a wrap around thing that really hurts my foot. Same thing with the Bondi 8. It has that annoying sewn-down tongue that hurts the top of my foot.
I wish Hoka would continue to make the Hoka BONDI 7 -- or a shoe that is very much like it. Wondering if I should try New Balance Fresh Foam (?) because I cannot get the Bondi 7 anymore. I prefer Hoka shoes, but some people swear by the NB.

The reason I decided to invest in a pair of Hokas is because I’m dealing with plantar fasciitis and I have read encouraging reviews about this athletic shoe for that purpose. I’ve worn them for about five days now and I do believe that it is helping to not make the situation worse on the days thatI am on my feet for hours at a time.

I bought the Bondi 7 for my husband. He has plantar fascia and a friend Told me that she also had plantars and found that the Bondi 7 and Bondi 8 have the support needed for her heel. When my husband wore them the first time he said they were like walking on air. Both my husband and friend are not runners, but are on their feet on cement floors all day and these sneakers give them the support they need which is the best recommendation of all!
