This is my 2nd review, my first never answered. This product arrived defective. Only one shoe lace. The laces is distinct. The edge of seam by the tongue was rough and fazzled. The shoes was not a clean white. Customer service lacked knowledge. Comments were return the shoes and in 5 or 6 days you will get the refund. I needed this shoe. I could return them and wait maybe 15 days to get a refund and reorder. There was an orange sticker of QC5 inside the box yet all this missed. Now wearing this shoes, well NB got my business back.

Very uncomfortable. Pain in my foot became even worse

I have plantar fasciitis and the Hoka Bondi 6 has helped a lot. But I bought a pair of Bondi 7's and they caused me pain so I returned them. May try another pair of Bondi 6's.

I purchased this shoe with the hopes it would help with my arch problems of pain as I walked or even tried to run but it failed.

Hoka's have changed my relationship with running, and my family and I only wear their shoes. However, I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship of my last four pairs of Bondi series. All four pairs have torn in the same spot (left big toe area) between the stitching and the sole. For the amount of money my family invests in Hoka's on an annual basis, I expect to receive longer use than just a few months. What concerns me is that my past Bondi series shoes didn't have these issues, so I am worried that their craftsmanship has diminished. I would hate to have to find alternative brands.

and he says they are very uncomfortable on his feet even though we bought wide, unfortunately. He's worn them as long as he can since we spent a lot of money but it looks like they will be given away.

I am fed up with Hoka. Returns do not work. It says you'll send me a return address label, but that izs not happen ing. Your return site does not work and hasn't for at least the 2-3 days that have tried. Order # NA 1030075_EX

I just don't think the shoes will Work for me. Hurt my feet.

Had trouble placing my order. After it was finally placed I learned it was back ordered. Then I was sent a request to review the product but I still haven't received it.

My husband wears a size 11 sneaker/shoe but these didn't fit at all. He says they were very small -- possibly two sizes. Returning them and not reordering another size as don't know what to order.

Just another pair of tennis shoes that are about three times the price of New Balance. I use the shoes for every day wear including taking the dog for walks. At first when I got the shoes when I walked the shoes tended to rock me back. Most recently they make my feet tilt in. I won't be purchasing another pair of these pricey shoes.

Toe box was small and tight. Need the size 16 to come wide and or extra wide for comfortable fit

I love Hoka One One but the Bondi line just isn't for me. Feels like too much shoe to run with.

Felt heavy and stiff compared to Clifton. I've worn out three Cliftons consecutively. I was not happy with new color options, so I moved up to the Bondi-7. I've never returned a pair of running shoes in my 45 years as a runner, but I returned the Bondi-7. I returned them over a week ago for exchange and I have not received any acknowledgement that return.

Have a pair of Bondi 6 12 EE. The most comfortable shoe ever. Had to wait for Bondi 7 for shoes in that size and the 12 EE, was slightly smaller in lenght and tighter in width. Very disappointed

I have been running in the Bondi exclusively since the Bondi 4. I buy a new pair every 2 months. The Bondi 7 fits different. I normally wear the wide. The outside edge pushes up on the outside of the foot making it extremely uncomfortable and causes pain after a couple of miles in to my run. I went and got a pair of the extra wide but the toe box is way to big and causes my foot to slide around causing blisters. Looks like I will unfortunately be switching to a different brand.

I have been using these shoes for 2 weeks and my feet still ache

Poorly made... not impressed I returned it and haven't gotten my money back yet Poor customer care Will not recommend this to anyone

Love the Bondi 6 and have recommended it to several people that have the same joint issues I do. But got the Bondi 7 this week and made it 2.5 miles into a 5 mile run and just had to quit. I had cramps in my right foot and leg. I had to limp home and things only got worse after that. I'm three days post run and still recovering. I have no idea how they messed these shoes up so bad. Return has been processed.
