I have been wearing Bondi for a long time. I have a wide foot. Bondi has always been roomy, and I LOVE the bouncy spring when I go for long walks. BUT the new 7 is narrower than the 6 -- other foot patients agree. They hurt my feet, and I even tried a men's in hope they were wider, because there is no option for a women's extra-wide. The extra-wide men's do not go into the smaller sizes, and they were just too big. So I had to switch to Brooks, because they carry 3 women's styles in extra-wide. Please, HOKA, make Bondi and other styles in women's extra-wide. There are a lot of us out here who need them. And by the way, wide and extra-wide wearers would also like to have some color choices. Just because we have wide feet doesn't mean we don't want to have an attractive shoe.

I have perched 8 pairs of Clifton 3, 3 pairs of Bondi 6. These Bondi 7 s hurt my arches really bad and it is not the arch support it is the outside black upper part of the sole that holds the sole to the shoe, It is so hard I can't believe it. None of the other Hakas I have ever perched were this hard. I would have returned them, but I have no paper work. Maybe I will now.

Slick Deals sent me a coupon for these folks...HOKA. I went through the HOKA site, purchased with my discount code, and HOKA accepted...until a day later when HOKA sent me an e-mail stating they couldn't honor the discount code. So, I wrote back in disappointment and ask for any discount, since I'm retired Military or just for simply wasting my time. Yeah, just got ignored. So, as an avid walker that goes through several pairs a year, no thanks.

I started wearing my shoe on 3/12/2021. On 3/30/202, start the warranty return process because the right side sole is coming apart (see pictures). On the positive side, the shoe was really comfortable to wear. I hope my next pair will last longer.

These were the worst made pieces of junk I have ever put on my feet. The only thing worse were the blue nylon sneakers sold in grocery stores in the 1980's known as bobo's. The customer service was terrible and overall left me never wanting to purchase Hoka again.

I bought this shoe because I was hoping for relief when doing my walks. I felt like I was on stilts (what's with the extreme shoe height?) and it was archtastic. It was tight and I don't have a wide foot and it hurt my arches. What I need is a shoe with cushion on my heel and it seems in my search that there's over compensation for every problem.

My Order # NA1330115 for Bondi 7 I had to return to pairs of Bondi 7, on both pairs shipped the inner sole was not glued down property to the shoe. I can not believe this happened with both pair. I added a hand written note to the returns stating this isssue. Where is the quality control at Hoka? how can I get 2 pairs of defective shoes and have to return them? I have previously purchased 2 pairs and was very happy

I'm a big fan of Hokas but the Bondis I ordered worked well for 5 months and then the cushion deteriorated in the front of the shoes and they are completely unusable. Not many miles were put on the shoes over those 5 months. I liked the fit and sizing but will probably end up buying from another brand because of the durability issues.

Ordered same sneaker, newer model (Bondi 7), pinched my feet, had me limping after 4 hours of wear. Worst experience with Hoka sneaker. Too bad, loved my Bondi 6 sneakers.

This is my 2nd review, my first never answered. This product arrived defective. Only one shoe lace. The laces is distinct. The edge of seam by the tongue was rough and fazzled. The shoes was not a clean white. Customer service lacked knowledge. Comments were return the shoes and in 5 or 6 days you will get the refund. I needed this shoe. I could return them and wait maybe 15 days to get a refund and reorder. There was an orange sticker of QC5 inside the box yet all this missed. Now wearing this shoes, well NB got my business back.

Tight and narrow. I bought these shoes with the hopes that it would ease the pain of my plantar fasciitis as I was recommended. Ouch ouch ouch!!! had to take them off immediately.
I'd also recommend:
Not sure in the process of seeing which athletic shoe works best for my Plantar Fasciitis.

I have plantar fasciitis and the Hoka Bondi 6 has helped a lot. But I bought a pair of Bondi 7's and they caused me pain so I returned them. May try another pair of Bondi 6's.

Horrible shoes. These shows made my feet hurt so bad. I tried them for a few hours to see is they would get better. They make the arches of my feet hurt. My feet still hurt the second day.

Hoka's have changed my relationship with running, and my family and I only wear their shoes. However, I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship of my last four pairs of Bondi series. All four pairs have torn in the same spot (left big toe area) between the stitching and the sole. For the amount of money my family invests in Hoka's on an annual basis, I expect to receive longer use than just a few months. What concerns me is that my past Bondi series shoes didn't have these issues, so I am worried that their craftsmanship has diminished. I would hate to have to find alternative brands.
