shoes are wide but insoles are not - cut into my feet. Had to buy a new insole and now use as lawn mowing shoes.

I am a woman who wears a 4 E width in a men's shoe. The shoe I bought was a 8.5 in men's sizing. I normally wear a women's size 10, and measure as a "D" width. I had to remove the inner liner and wear thin socks to wear this shoe comfortably for short walks. My feet hurt even with this adaptation after a day shopping.
Also, the tongue of the shoe slips down under the laces while putting it on and I have to dig down to pull it up which is annoying.
You may ask, why did I not return the shoes given the generous return window? Well, I thought they fit. I am not a runner, and looked forward to having a well-cushioned shoe.

The shoes hurt my feet so bad I couldn't wait to get home and get out of them after working in 8 hour day. My toes were numb and my heels hurt really bad.

Glad I didn't throw out my old HOKA's. The Bondi has all of the cushion of an old roofing tile.

I ordered two pair and they weren't wide enough. Sent them back requesting an exchange for wider ones. Instead, Hoka refunded my money and I never bought another pair because I don't want get another pair that don't fit and to go through all the trouble of sending them back.

I ordered these shoes in my size and I'm the wide option. Unfortunately, there is a band of hard plastic wrapped around the part of the shoes where the upper connects to the foam that is significantly more narrow than the shoe itself. As a result this band pressed really hard into the bottoms of my feet on each side.

I've bought several pair of Hoka. Regretfully this black pair 10.5EE is SO uncomfortable!! I've exhausted the possibilities of making them work for me. I've tried lacing them differently, different kinds of stocks etc... This is disappointing as Hoka is/has been great for my Plantar Fasciitis. I will buy Hoka again but avoid this model.

My feet are too wide for this shoe. This is the widest shoe you have. I like the feel of hokas but I need them to be wider. Please make a wider Clifton shoe. They fit me the best.

The shoes felt great when I first put them on, but walking around for about an hour the right shoe was squeezing my foot in the middle. I had a friend that went to a podiatrist suggested HOKA, but to buy them in a store and try on.

Asymmetric sole cushion, foot started hurting after half a mile. Returned got a full refund, no fuss.
tried the same model at a store, the same problem. Its a quality issue. I can tell when one foot has thicker sole than the other

I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I hear a lot of nurses say how great they are. I tried a pair and my feet are back to hurting and starting to get shin splints again. Very expensive and I'm going back to skeckers.

The rubber tread is coming off, not even 30 days old. Very low miles. Not worth the money !

Have been a long time buyer of the Bondi 6 then Bondi 7. All of my Bondi 7s have suffered from premature wear on the inside of the heel cup. Your site says you added memory foam to cushion the back of the heel but the fabric is wearing out with in3 weeks. I walk my dog 2 miles per day and 3 weeks of walking causes the heel cup fabric to fall apart. Extremely disappointed in the lack of durability in the Bondi 7. The Bondi 6 never had this issue. You will lose thousands and thousands of customers if you don't fix this issue on the Bondi 8 or even better fix the Bondi 7!!

I bought the Bondi 7 shoes in 12 xtra wide. They fit good and they were comfy, true to size 100%. Howeverthe sole was so tall it looked like platform shoes. I love comfort but I also do not like looking like Frankenstein's monster. A friend of mine had the regular bondi 7s and they looked slightly taller than normal shoes and that's ok, these 12 xtra wide were ridiculously tall. Why even offer a shoe that looks like that? So I returned these and went with brooks ghosts and a pair of new balance 1080s. Also super comfy and look proportional.

The shoe is well constructed and provides plenty of cushion. It does seem that they aggravate my shin splints. I've never had the experience where just walking caused enough pain to cause me to sit down, but that's what happened on my first walk with the Bondi 7. I'll give them another try and provide a follow up.

I bought these shoes because I have the HOKA TRAIL SHOES and absolutely LOVED them right out of the box. Even after a long hot steep hike I'm not in a hurry to rip off my shoes. These shoes, I can't get out of fast enough. My feet are KILLING ME and I can't understand why?! I've even them every chance to "break in" which I don't believe they should require and my feet still hurt. I've tried lacing them differently, using different tension, different socks, different insoles, you name it. Same result. NO GOOD.
