Shoe started off great! Comfortable, great for running and day to day. After about 45 days, the side heals on both shoes started to peel. No way this should be happening!

There was no fore foot cushioning in the new Bondi 7 shoes. It was painful to walk in them for 6-7 miles. My over 500 mile Rincon 3's have better cushioning. I returned them for a replacement Rincon 3 pair.

I've worn only New Balance and Merrell for decades. I tried Hoka because of its extra padding. I won't be buying these again as the back of one of the shoes has torn and the plastic is sticking out, making it uncomfortable. I've only used these for less than 7 months for light walking. Merrell replaced one of my shoes with just a picture but Hoka wants me to send mine in w/o a guarantee it'll be covered and pay my own shipping costs.

I use this shoe to walk on pavement. I was expecting the heels to last a long while because they are supposed to be for running/walking on pavement. Used them 2 times for 3 mile walks on pavement and the heels are showing wear. I have had much less expensive shoes that last months before the heels start to wear out.

Uneven material in the heel of the left shoe. I purchased these shoes on March 2022. After wearing them for about 10 times, the left shoe still wouldn't breakin. Totally uncomfortable.

Bought these for the low drop and extra cushion but these destroy my lower back after use.

I ordered a 10 to start as that is my normal size in Merrell and New Balance; too, too big! Swapped for a 9 1/2 and the insert was identical to the size 10; waited on hold with Hoka to get to a Supervisor for 34 minutes to find they say they run big?????!!!! Manufactured defects? I am leery to order again; first time Hoka buyer.

I purchased 2 pairs of HOKAs. One from a store, one online. Store purchase, great. Online, not so much. The first pair of online had a sewing issue on the inner toe box which made the shoe uncomfortable. Exchanged these online for another pair, but these pair, too, have a cosmetic issue across the exterior toe which make the shoes visually distracting. I tried to exchange these online for another pair, but the website doesn't not allow a second exchange. Net: Great shoes, but buy your HOKAs at a brick and mortar and check them carefully for manufacturing defects.

Bondi 7 double E (wide) is tighter than Bondi 6 double E. I ordered two pairs assuming Bondi 7 wide would be as same as Bondi 6 wide and had to return them. I didn't like they charged me a fee for the return label although returned them the day after I received the pairs. Hoka does not provide free shipping & returning unlike Brooks.

I'm not as happy as I would like. The tongue attachment point feel weird. The shoe needs more rocker shape on the heel and softer rubber on the heel. I miss sketcher shape up's.

The shoes have a great fit and the soles are very cushiony. The shoelaces that were provided are barely long enough to keep the shoes tied. After contacting customer support they were enable to provide replacement laces or even tell me what length was provided. I consider HOKA to be a premium product and would expect better customer support for the price.

When I first put these on I thought I had really found something wonderful, and they might be just that for most people. These absolutely might be a 5-star shoe for most people and I hate even leaving a negative review but didn't get anywhere after emailing hoka about them. After wearing the shoes for a couple hours, the ledt shoe was really beginning to bother me. Unfortunately I couldn't get home for quite a few hours and by the end of the day I wanted to burn them. Maybe it's the wrong style for me.

I wear W 8.5 women. You guys didn't have the model I was looking for in women wide. I was recommended by a salesperson to order 7.5 men but it's too loose in less then few weeks.

As a long time Hoka buyer (more than a dozen pairs), things are going awry. Early Bondi's were unshakable. Fit finish and comfort beyond awesome. Although I had read some reviews concerning discomfort in newer Bondis, I thought how bad could it be on such a great shoe? However, the last two pairs of Bondis were awful. My feet haven't been this sore in years. Whatever the design changes, it ruined my fit and very painful, especially on the outer arch (Cuboid?). I can't take a chance things will be better on the Bondi 8 and will look for a different shoe.

I was really disappointed in these shoes. I bought the men's size because they normally have a bigger toe box than the woman's. Alas these did not.

I love HOKA's and recently bought my husband his first pair. He loved the tennis shoes, loved the style, comfort and arch support. But the soles of these shoes started coming apart only 2 weeks after wearing them. He only walked in these...no hiking or running. As you can see in the picture, the bottom rubber part of the sole is coming off. It's a trip hazard and these shoe are waaayy to expensive to have that happen. Especially after 2 weeks!

I wanted to love these sneakers… but I didn’t at all, I actually just returned them. I’m a true size 10- so I ordered a 10-these where way to sloppy on my foot. Not enough support! I researched for a week prior to ordering these, looked into the best walking sneaker for woman with high arches, mixed with some other issues, including occasional heal spurs, plantar fasciitis and these were supposed to be the sneaker for me.. Not so much!! I was disappointed with my purchase and returned them. Guess I’ll go back to my tried and true ASICS Gel Kayano.

I bought one pair of these a few months ago and another pair in Aug. The first ones are already falling apart, tears across the top of the toes on both shoes. I wish now I had not paid the money for the second pair.

Just bought NB sneakers for the first time. Have been living in Hoyas for 10-15 years. Just find that I can't get a soft enough ride anymore.

I wanted new footwear to use during vacation in Europe. We planned on walking to get around London and Paris. I routinely run and hike for exercise, so my fitness is not the source of the discomfort. I found the lateral portion of the shoe pushed my outer toes against each other and caused blisters which I never get from my other boots and trainers.

I bought this model exclusively as a walking shoe. They're much heavier and clunky than the Rincon model. I was hoping they would help my plantar fasciitis but they actually exacerbate it.

I’ve purchased Hoka Bindi’s in this size before, but this shoe was too large and uncomfortable. I wore new thick socks, but ended up with blisters unable to wear the new shoes again. I’m very confused and disappointed to be stuck with a shoe that doesn’t fit me.

The back of these shoes above the heal area is so soft, without any structural support, you must use a shoe horn to put your foot in or the back will collapse and roll down into the shoe. Other than that the shoes seem wonderful.
