Nice soft uppers and lots of foam in the soles. For a wide size I find them still a bit narrow.

I use this for walking distance and running.
Too tight runs small and creates pain.
Cushion.
Would recommend to a friend but with the understanding that sizes are inaccurate and they should go 1/2 size bigger, or more.

The Data: Walking at a moderate pace 4 times a week, averaging a 30 minute walk time per session on the "size 11 Bondi 7 model".
While I applaud this Hoka model for being comfortable and being of fine craftsmanship, I developed two blisters on the inside portion of my big toes and this is because there is firm plastic sewn in the toe-box that constantly rubbed against my toe, which of course is not accounted for during manufacturing. I do not believe any modifications can be performed due to the factory construction strict tolerances.
Yes, I also purchased a wider "size 11D Clifton 8 model" and the same manufacturing exists with the hard (but flexible) plastic in the toe-box that rubs against your inner big toe.

I've been running/walking on a particular shoe from a different manufacturer. Based on his personal use, a running buddy suggested I try the Hoka Bondi 7. It's a good well made product but does not compare to the current shoe I use. It's a good shoe for me when walking. But it's too hard for me when running & not as stable as my current shoe when I'm on the trails. I'm a big (200#) well conditioned 73 year old guy who likes 'stable pillows' on my feet when running/walking. I have that environment with my current shoe brand & was hoping for the same with the Hoka product. Didn't turn out that way.

i am a huge bondi 6 fan, ordered bondi 7 and they were like rocks in comparison to the pillows that had been my experience with bondi 6.

These shoes seemed to “go flat” quickly and lose support fast than expected.

The cushion was great and I so wanted to like this pair of shoes. However, it was too tight around the toes and the seam between the outer heel and outer sole on the side rubbed irritatingly on the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal on my left foot. Too painful to wear thus returning.

This is my 3rd pair of Hokas and second one of this model and this pair started to do this weeks after buying. I would just expect a little more for the price point that they are at. Still love the cushioning. I am on my feet again and these are good for helping with foot fatigue.

The arch support wasn't good enough to prevent feet aches. Perhaps another style of Hoka will be the right shoe for the arch support issues.

Ordered on 01/06/23. It is now 02/15/23 and the material on the inside of heel is already torn and exposing the hard outer material. This is wearing the shoes 3 to 4 times a week. Shoes are comfortable but poor quality for the price point paid.

Most comfortable shoe I have worn. Not very durable. Had to stop using for exercise.
I did buy 3 pairs to rotate out for everyday use but had to return one pair because it was falling apart.
Will keep getting because they are so comfortable.

They were too small and had to return them. The correct size was no longer available at the sale price. Did not realize there were 2 wide sizes. Bought Bondi 7 xtra wide, 2 years ago and loved them. Unfortunately we will need to wait for the next sale on them.

Shipping process was smooth and timely. Looked forward to arrival. Style was awesome and like the height and ease of walking. Keeps you in motion and lightweight. I usually don't spend this much for a sneaker. One surprise was size was smaller than other size 11's I've owned. I probably should have returned them for 11.5 but hoped they would stretch a bit. Unfortunately they are too tight to really enjoy. Hope others see this for ordering a half size up.

This is my first time buying a Hola branded shoe and zip must say the reviews did not lie. I am 47 year old 6"5 240 lbs man, I am very girl, do crossfit 6 times a week, and love to run, however my knees have been bugging me when running, purchased gel inserts into all my running sneaks but felt that long distance run ( 5 miles plus for me) felt it the next day. Once I purchased these shoes, the cushion feel great, have enough bounce to allow me to have a full stride, without worry for pain, definitely recomend it if you are a heavy set person, good support, super light and very comfortable and very affordable in comparison to other high end sneakers.

Love the 7's but not the 8's. Have had 4 pairs of 7's and wish they had continued them. This last time I placed an order, I received an email stating they made a mistake and would not be able to fulfill the order due to being out of stock. Bummer. Reason for 3 stars, otherwise great shoes. Wish I had another pair lol.

Take it or leave it. I bought these shoes and maybe should've gotten a wider size. Walking in them seemed pretty good and I tried giving them some time so I could break them in. But, when I went for a 3+ mile run, my left foot started hurting after and my right foot felt like a blister was forming under my foot. Again, take it or leave it. I'm just being honest. For the daily walking, I have no problem. I will try to run again and see what happens once my foot gets better. Maybe it's just old 41-year-old-bodied me

These fit a tad short, so you may need to size up. Ultra cushiony, but a very elevated sole. The shoes feel/look a little clowny for this reason. You are essentially balancing on top of an elevated platform with rockers on both heel and toe. Overall, extremely soft and comfy, but not the most stable shoes and they did cause my knees to flare up. One other note: the heel fits very well for me (narrow heel), but the forefoot is too narrow.

We ordered two pairs of Hoka. Unfortunately they didn't fit us well so we had to return them. The return process was easy and our refund was prompt. We will go to a local Hoka shoe store & get properly fitted for a pair soon.
