I tend to have to get wide shoe sizes. I'm coming from Saucony Rides 10.5 Wide/EE and these immediately felt like I was trying to squeeze my foot into Cinderella's glass slipper. Had to return and size up to 4E and am extremely let down at the severe lack of color options (either tacticool black or Michigan upper peninsula during winter gray). Amazing shoes though. Extremely comfortable, great spring, and got rid of what discomfort I have felt with other shoes.

Good fit

Hoka always puts out a great supportive shoe that's sized right and very comfortable.

I like the way the shoes feel, the spring when walking. I tried all types and brands of inserts with no relief for hurting feet. The problem was the width, I believe. I am going to try again ordering the wide this time.

Seems a little small and a little narrow but I think if I went up 1/2 size that would be too much. For years I've worn Brooks Adrenaline but was looking for a lot more cushion due to some foot and toe issues. The Hoka Bondi 7 provides the cushion for sure but I think the trade off is stability. They are less stable than I'm accustomed to but I'm getting used to that pretty quickly. I also feel like the cushioning maybe retains more heat than I'm used to and the shoe feels pretty warm on my feet. No show stoppers here just observations on what I noticed as different from what I'm used to. Nice Shoes, great style and color. Excellent cushioning (relief for aching feet) - Overall > Excellent shoe

Worth the money

Very very comfortable but I have big feet and these look 2x the size of regular tennis shoes. It is the thick sole but also so much longer. Compare the phone a 9 in Hoka and 9.5 in ON and both fit.

I purchased these first in a size 10.5 medium. They were super tight and didn’t fit. I reached out for an exchange and it was smooth and easy. Had my new shoes within 2 days of the exchange. I got the new Hoka Bondi 7’s in size 11 wide. These fit much better and are much more comfortable. Depending on the shoe, I can wear a 10.5-11.5. So be prepared to order a half size bigger with these than say the New Balance. I have been wearing these around the house to loosen them up before my run. But so far they seem comfortable and light. Customer service was easy and amazing. Return process super simple and they got the new ones right out to me while the old ones are still on the way back. I will be using Zappos again and I will post another review about the ride quality once I log a few miles on these shoes.
