Bought these shoes in late august. The interior of the shoes is starting to fall apart. I have a medium sized hole near the heel of shoe and there's a plastic shield that will stab you in the heel. I bought the proper size, and laced these perfectly and they still are falling apart. Less than 4 months is unacceptable for a shoe at this price. Customer service stated that's normal wear and tear so I wouldn't recommend attempting to reach out if you have problems they just list a bunch of assumptions instead of listening to their customers. Won't be purchasing from them again!!

Had for maybe a year. I work 3 days a week nothing crazy. They've started completely falling apart on the inside, just big chunks of foam coming out when I take them off. They are super comfy, but not worth the price for them to not even last a year.

The inside of the shoes are not soft at all I want them to work and all night my feet were aching did not expect that these are supposed to be professional shoes to be worn with comfort and ease they were not very comfortable and I spend a lot of money on the issues

One shoe is fine, the other is already falling apart. The tip and front upper started coming off 2 months ago, so it only lasted 4 months. I bought a shoe glue repair kit and when I started to glue them back together I realized the entire forefoot wasn't glued. The upper and sole had a void so I'm guessing that's why they failed so quickly? For shoes that cost almost $200 I expected more. I'm not as light as I used to be, but at 215 lbs, it's not excessive for work shoes.

I work on my feet daily. I bought these shoes bc they were highly recommended but they are NOT FOR EVERYONE. Wore them for 3 months and developed severe leg/knee/hip/groin pain. 2 days ago I switched up shoes as a last ditch effort to see what would happen. Boom, no pain at work. So relieved but feel a bit robbed wishing I could return them. If you buy these shoes pay very close attention to your body, they send the kinetic much further up the leg on some people which causes pain.

I bought these in sept 2025. Not even a month into having them, had to have them replaced because the outside of the shoe had a huge gash in it. It’s just now November and they’re tearing again on the outsides of the shoe. Definitely not worth the $190 I was charged for them and I’m beginning to get plantar fasciitis as well from wearing these shoes

Shoes start to squeak with every steps after 6 months of wearing. I do not recommend to buy this as this makes it embarassing to walk about with especially for the expensive price of this shoe.
I'd also recommend:
Dansko & Birkenstock would be so much better as they are my go-to brands way before Hoka was created

I work as a manager in a restaurant. I've always used NB. However, 9 months ago I bought a Hoka. The front opened. I sent photos and the warranty said it was misuse. The warranty is simply useless. Buy something of better quality, don't waste your money on this.

I purchased the HOKA Bondi SRs less than 5 months ago and was very disappointed with the quality. The material broke down quickly, and the platform inside the shoe was poorly built, every time I stepped in, my foot tilted forward to the right, making it difficult to stay in balance.
I reported this issue with photos, but my warranty claim was denied and classified as "general wear and tear." For a premium shoe brand, I expected both durability and stronger customer support, especially since this feels more like a structural defect than normal use.
I hope HOKA takes this feedback seriously, as I trusted this brand for quality and durability.

My co workers spoke so highly of this shoe and at first I did enjoy it but after 2 days of wearing them all they do is squeak. I work in two different hospitals so I have really long days and all I hear is squeak squeak squeak. For such an expensive shoe I didn't think I would sound like I've been walking in water daily.

These were the biggest wast of money I've ever spent on shoes at first they were uncomfortable but after I finally broke them in after a few weeks of constant use at work but after breaking them in they started falling apart it could be argued that I use them excessively at work buts that what they're for to use constantly at work I was so disappointed in these shoes I expected so much more from shoes that were nearly $200

Size was perfect, but the shoe was hard, no comparison to the bondi 9 which I exchanged for.

I tried these Bondi Sr but can't wear them. They actually gave me a sore on my big toe, and I just can't wear them anymore.
I love my Clifton 9s best shoes ever. But have wore them down to there limits.
I'll just have to save up and get a pair of Clifton 10s.

I bought these shoes in the same size I always wear. The size itself is fine (10), the width should be labeled squeeze your feet till they hurt. I don't have a wide foot so I ordered the regular width. There default size should be the wide fit apparently and the regular size slim fit
My dogs have new chew toys.

These shoes are extremely overpriced for what you actually get. While they feel great right out of the box with their "cloud-like" comfort, that feeling is just to hide the quality of their product. I only used them for about 4 months, and already the toe area had worn down completely, and the heel support had ripped through the backing to the point of causing countless painful blisters. For shoes at this price point, that kind of wear is absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I tried to submit a warranty claim just before the 1-year mark only to have the company deny it due to delays in their own processing. The "1-year warranty" is essentially useless if they run out the clock with their own response time.
Bottom line: These shoes are not built to last, and the warranty doesn't have your back. Don't be fooled by the initial comfort it won't last, and neither will the shoes.

I wore them around the house very squeaky like embarrassing squeaky. If you're on the heavier side then these feel flat then squishy and bouncy. I just got them today and returning them already. My coworker recommended them. Hoka works for some but not me
