I had these for 2 weeks, and the black began turning green!
They uglied out VERY quickly. My other brand name work/ slip resistant shoes hold FAR better.
I also own ATR's, I like them.
I have been happy with previous versions, But the SR's need work!

I bought these shoes as I was leaving for vacation. Needed them for the trip. So I wore them. I read about the 30 day return policy, but decide to just have them repaired at a local cobbler. I was concerned that if I returned them after having worn them, they'd just be tossed by Hoka, and I didn't want that waste. It's a shame. I like the shoes. I will buy them again, with hesitation. But Hoka needs to practice better quality control. It would have been an easy thing for them to catch.

The shoes squeak. I love the way they feel and make my healing bones feel, but they squeak.

One good thing is they are cushioned...but the left shoe has more than the right and the ridge of the rubber sole is trimmed differently on the right shoe compared to the left. It's like each shoe was made in a different factory so I'm not very happy thinking maybe I got the rejects. To top that I never got the free shipping when I entered the code. Hopefully I'm the only one that got the raw end of the deal from Hoka.
Sad I,

I have had several pairs of Bondi shoes. I am on my feet 11 hours a day. Unfortunately Bondi Sr are supposed to be plush they are the least comfortable shoes in the Bondi line I have owned. I have a had a hard time wearing them all day without my feet hurting. Bondi 7 shoes are much better for me and I don't have the pain . I unfortunately am disappointed.

It says waterproof but i got caught in the rain. When I took off the shoes my white socks were all black by the toes.. and the inside was soaking wet.

Very uncomfortable I was expecting it with thick rubber will protect the feet but it hurt I prefer HOka bindi 7. Much better for the foot. I even sleep in them at night very comfy

I use this shoe for work, and I wish I would have gotten the wide foot. I feel too constricted. I wear a 9 in Nikes and this feels a tad tight on me. I wish I would have gotten the wide variation because after 7 hours of work, I can get a throbbing on my right foot. Mind you, im walking and adjusting my weight to best accommodate my weight.

Extremely stiff sole, a big solid rubber tire. And middle-top area near base of laces has this weird bump that protrudes into foot. Another different pair of Hoka's were the most cloud-like, cushy shoes I've owned in 50 years, to this quite possibly the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried. No idea what they're thinking here, very off-brand.

I have purchased two pair of Bondi's previously so naturally I thought the Bondi SR's would be a no brainer. Could not have been more wrong. The Bondi's were great, the Bondi SR's were not even close. After only two weeks I developed two black toe nails, two very painful sores on the outside of my feet and could not stand to wear these for more than 3-4 hours of an 8 hours shift. They don't breathe at all. I tried lacing them differently, wearing different socks but nothing helped. I have only owned these for 2 months and cannot wear them any longer.

I've been using these for 1 week and I definitely don't see what all the hype is about?
There's hardly any support. It's like your foot is inside of a bounce around, reminiscent of the old moon shoes.
To me it's just bulky, unattractive and definitely not worth the price point. I'm coming from orthopedic shoes and new balance sneakers as a reference point for support and comfort. I had to put an insole in to make them bearable.
I would say the only real benefit of these would be to someone who can't have too much pressure constraining the foot as the top really doesn't lace tightly. Beyond that I'm heavily considering returning these. My thoughts, If I'm going to settle for something that isn't ideal it will not be these bc my new balance work shoes were much more supportive and cushiony and $75 cheaper. These were also 1 full size too small.
I'm a 10.5-11 and I had to order an 11.5

I work as a bartender and been researching these shooed for quite some
Time and was extremely excited about giving them a shot. They were initially out of my budget shut decided they were a investment as my feet and legs have been lagging as of late. So when they finally showed I was stocked and spent the entire morning trying to break them in. The left shoe perfect, however the right felt like
Something was digging into the top
If my foot so decided to hold
Off wearing them to work. I tried to break them in the r entire week and finally wore them to work and the right shoe is still digging into my foot. I honestly haven't worn and thought it was me and didn't want to share but I really was hoping that we can figure out what's happening as these are supposed to be amazing, and hopefully will be someday.

I sent mine back. The leather was too stiff and seemed to be cutting into my foot, while the ride was not as plush as I was hoping for, that is, like the Bondi 7's I have

I bought the leather ones because I thought they would last longer than the mesh ones. The bottom sole is ripping already after less than 3 months of use not sure if I will buy these again. Get the mesh ones instead

I love my Bondi 6 and my Clifton sneakers. The Bondi SR is uncomfortable. It feels tight and the leather is too stiff for me. I will order another Bondi 6 when my color preferences are in stock.
I'd also recommend:

I bought two pairs of Hokas Bondi a couple years ago and thought it was the best shoe made. I bought another pair recently and they feel so different. The are not comfortable, they look and feel cheap and cost a lot of money. I am disappointed as I love my older Hokas and wanted more of the same.
