I was wearing Bondi 8's that are pretty comfortable right away. I wanted a non mesh shoe b/c I work in new construction and there's a lot of sand, sawdust, etc that easily gets in mesh shoes. The Bondi SR definitely keeps debris out but the first few days they were very stiff. Toes hurt,heels sore. They have broken in over a few weeks and are better but still a bit stiff. I didn't buy a wide, I don't usually wear a wide, but, it may have help with these.

There's two issues I have with this product. One is it's not sturdier to walk in on a regular basis while at work The other issue is that the shoes tend to lean towards the outside as I walk in them. The soles wear down quicker than other shoes.

Super comfy. I ordered a12.5 like I do with all my hokasand found them to be smaller than others. I wonder if it has something to do with the slip resistant material. Other then the size difference, they are spot on.

I punched a hole in the top of my other hokas. I love hokas but the hole in the top was about to force me into another brand. I tried these because they were made of ( leather). So far great shoe

I am pleasantly surprised, it's only been a few weeks but so far my feet are feeling good. I would definitely recommend. I walk on concrete floor for 10hrs and they help for sure. If they hold up I will be buying another pair.

I work in retail and am on my feet all day long. I have found these are an incredible working shoe with great non aggressive tread. I would highly recommend them, the only thing Only thing I would like to see is better breathability and weight reduction. I would buy again for sure.

I have both a recent Clifton model and several Bondis that are probably four years old. This new Bondi is the best of the lot if cushioning is the primary benchmark.

I love them I have been working restaurant business 20+ years I had been tryin different shoes and this is the one .Only thing is shoes needs more holes to breath well because your socks can get moisture that's all

I purchased the max cushion shoes for my job as a teacher. I stand all day. They are comfortable and work pretty well. Some things to keep in mind. I am 6,3" and the shoes are like platforms. They make me noticeably taller. Some times it can feel awkward walking in them, but I am getting used to the difference from my other shoes. Since it's my first time trying out this brand I would recommend starting with less cushion at first. If it's not enough you could always upgrade later.

All I wear is Hokas. I have 6 pairs now. Walking or running Hokas is my go to. Hoka started to disappoint me lately, when I bought the Bondi 8. I did not like running in them. Bondi 7 is the best running shoe of all time in MY opinion. I'm a 215lbs runner so, I'm heavy but I like to run like 2-3 miles and I need a good pair of running shoes. The Hoka Bondi SR are very stable, a little stiff but indeed to break them in. I love these shoes and can't wait to get my first run or walk in them.

The shoes are supportive slightly firm. they are comfortable though for a 12hr shift on concrete. They are not cushsie like the Clifton model. They do clean up nicely. They do not come ine size 12 - 13 in women's so had to buy men's shoes which are a little bit too large. Still a bit expensive.

I use the Sr Series in the medical field. And also in my office time . I really love these. Wished there were more options in the wide

I was curious what all the hype was about since I've never owned a pair of HOKA's. I found these in Army green on sale, so I ordered them in a 10.5 because I normally wear a 10, and they fit perfectly. I thought they would be softer and cushioned right out of the box, but the cheap insoles ruined it for me. I had to remove them and put some gel insoles in before ever walking around the park. The new insoles made all the difference in the world. For a shoe to be over $100, they should invest in an insole that matches the price instead of those thin cheap insoles they come with. Other than that, I will keep this one pair, and never buy another. I'll stick with Reebox ZigTech. The HOKA's look great and they are very durable looking, but I won't attempt to do any hardcore running in them.

However the water resistant's is like sweeting in a rubber boot ,if you or your feet run warm these will not be for you . I do try to change and wash feet throughout my work day. Odor build up is a thing. I wish they had the same tread/sole in a breathable model. I am on my feet for 10-15 hours a day and the brake in was minimal and still had comfort I am a size 15 regular width and it is tough to find what I need. I did receive them less than 24 hours after ordering them.

I guess I was spoiled by several bondi's I've had over the years and was expecting a little more cushioning. It could also benefit from better ventilation since it can feel a bit warm even hot after a few hours of use. Otherwise it fits true to size with very good stability, very good anti slip feature on those wet or misty days.

These shoes fit alot different than what I am used to wearing. It takes a few minutes for me to feel comfortable wearing them, but once I do they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

The slip resistance is incredible. I deliver outdoors and my route is in hills with many driveways. This is the first shoe where I feel comfortable enough to walk up and down those driveways on rainy days. My only issue with the shoe is that the tongue of the shoe is so short and solid that it digs into the tendons at the top of my ankle. It's very uncomfortable and takes weeks to break that in. Even after it's broken on the tongue is still really short and it's hard to get out from being bunched up at the top of my ankle. If the tongue were just a little bit longer and maybe not at solid and sharp on the corners would be perfect.

I'm happy with my shoes! The one thing I was somewhat disappointed in is the shoe strings - pretty flimsy, I'm sure they won't last very long. But other than that, I'm satisfied!

The front sole connection is a weak point if it fails i will return it

I walk a lot at work and some at home,very comfortable,slip proof now they grab,very water resistant, I've repurchased multiple times,things I don't like,the toung is way too short,the shoe strings are very slick and come untied,that's the only reason I don't give 5stars
