Doesnt fit, even though it is the same size (11.5) as two Hoka shoes that fit perfectly.

Very comfortable shoes. After 2 weeks they squeak very loud after being worn a couple hours. I exchanged them for another pair and the same exact thing happened. Loud squeaking noises after a few hours of being worn and not even 2 weeks old yet. Now Hoka won't let me return them! Huge waste of money!

Had to return these. I did feel a level of comfort but their look was just way too bulky for me. I'm a big fan of trail and road runner Hokas. But these didn't do it for me. I'm on my feet quite a bit for work and I think I'll just stick to wearing the trail runner Hoka models.

Disappointed that this shoe, which is so well made, is such a poor fit in my size. Had to return it, but to HOKA's credit, that made this simple

I need a waterproof pair of boots for travel. I bought these boots in hope that they would be exactly what I need. However the boots proved to be an uncomfortable fit. I tried adding softer inner soles but that did not help. After wearing the boots for about a week, I concluded that I would not be able to break them in as so returned them.

Quality control was definitely missing on my first purchase. I was looking forward to receiving the Bondi SR and putting them to good use. Instead I received the Speed Goat 4 size 12.5. Other then sending me the UPS return (that they did cover). I felt Hoka dropped the ball completely. Expensive, lacking quality control and no customer service follow up. I feel bad that had to be my first experience with Hoka.

Tried this work version and returned it Not comfortable at all All I wear are Hoka shoes now from biondi to the boot s and sliders Probably have bought 30 shoes from Hoka and the work biondi is just not the best IMO

Too heavy & shoe tongues aren't long enough.

I rated this transaction with 1 Star only because zero was not an option. Dealing with your company has been a total disaster. Please develop your systems and your customer service. I can't respond to the sizing questions as the shoes, after the submission of numerous e-mails never arrived. Please also answer your phone in less than an hour.
