I bought these pair because someone recommended and at first I thought I would have to break them in but there is something bugging me in the arch on my left foot, now every time I take them off my foot is in so much pain, I was excited because they felt comfortable for a few days until lately this pain started, I can't even return them anymore because it's been over a month, I'm sorry but I'm not looking forward to get more of this brand!

My husband loves Hoka, so he purchased this new sneaker. He wanted waterproof. He wore for about a day and a half and had such pain that he had to go see his orthopedic doctor and was put on pain medication. The doctor said do not wear the new sneakers! He continues to wear his other's with no problem.

Keeps everything out and EVERYTHING in. My feet stay hot. Also these puppies are loud. You can hear me coming down the OR hallway before you see me.

I need to return 1 pair wrong size who do I call the other pair is perfect

I wore these shoes 3 times and it feels like it was worse in my knees and they just weren't comfortable to me.

The shoe was comfortable at first but it caused a lot of discomfort to my knees and lower back and eventually my hips. Would not recommend

I would return this product again and again. I purchased this product to use it at work. I work at a laboratory. I tried to wear the shoes outdoor and after staying out for 5 minutes, I noticed that my foot are extremely hot because of the shoes. I felt burnt on my foot. If you have a chance to experience this, please test this shoes and see how uncomfortable it is especially with the sun or heat exposure . I felt like my foot are being cooked in the shoes. I am very frustrated. Send me a pair of shoes that doesn't cook my foot while it is good for long shifts and supportive.

I work in a hospital and bought the Bondi SR with hopes that they would help with my Morton's neuroma symptoms. I have wide feet and stand for 12+ hours a day, so I thought the wide version would be perfect. Unfortunately, even the wide is too narrow across the metatarsal heads for me. I previously had brooks ghosts in regular width that were extremely comfortable, but I can hardly tolerate wearing these shoes for a full day. Being that they are leather, I hoped that they would break in. However, I have even tried break in spray and shoe stretchers to no avail. If you have wide feet you may want to look elsewhere.

Bondi SR is advertised as having the same comfort as Bondi 7.Not even close.While the SR is a good shoe the cushion is far less give and no where as soft.

Needed the leather (cleanable surface) for work. Swapped them for the Clifton 8 now that the all black/black come in wide. Clifton has been my favorite shoe for awhile. Shorter people I find prefer the thicker soles on their shoes.

For Almost 200 dollars they are not worth it. The most you should pay for this quality of a shoe is not even half that. The foam around the toe started to peel after only two weeks of use and my feet hurt after wearing them for 4-6 hours. The arch support is minimal at best and needs an arch suppprt insole just to make them comfortable to wear for an entire work shift. These are not worth it! I don't recommend buying them. I also ordered the wide and they are a good wide fit but not for wide feet but more like for big feet. I have a standard foot shape just wider than normal and these were not made for my wide foot type but for someone with an oversized foot shape.

I'm not sure if it is all of the shoes of this model or just my luck that I happen to get a pair that are defective but either way I am extremely unhappy. I will be filing a manufacture warranty claim. The "Bondi SR" shoes are VERY comfortable however after testing them on multiple surfaces they SQUEAK SO LOUDLY ! No matter what I try to do I can't get them to stop squeaking while I walk, it's been almost 8 weeks and it's become quite embarrassing. I never usually complain about anything but this was warranted.

I will not buy this product, I bought shoes for my father for Father's day. The shoes did not fit, and as advertised, free exchange from Hoka, well I sent the shoes back had to exchange for a different shoe to get the right size, never received the exchanged shoes. I have called and spoken with several different customer service reps, always being told they are on the way. I never received an email with the shipping number or shipping conformation from Hoka. Again called, asked for refund, and have had nothing but the RUN AROUND, pun intended. Hoka still owes me 180.00 guess I will have to contact BBB, provide them all the evidence. I WILL NEVER BUY HOKA AGAIN. You lost a loyal customer!

I am a mail carrier and these came highly recommended. I walk 10 miles a day. These have zero arch support. I haven't had issues with plantar fasciitis in a long time but after 2 days of wearing these it was back. I tried buying some after market insoles and that didn't help either. I think for around the house or an everyday shoe they'd be great but not high mileage.

Shoes caused my legs to ache after a short time if wearing .returned for refund

First pair was great and I wore them out. Got a second pair and the tongue on both shoes dug into my ankles. More than for two weeks to see if they would break in. They did not anymore extremely uncomfortable.

I use these for work. A lot of walking. Very comfortable, but after a week they are already falling apart

Very hard and the toe area has a lot of material on the inside that made them very uncomfortable had to leave work to change shoes money lost

I have been ordering Hoka shoes for quite sometime now. The latest one I have ordered is the most expansive one and same size as the one I am using, however when I tried it, it feel very tight and hurt my feet. It seems new Hoka shoes are not in same standard as older ones which is a shame. I have asked for an exchange I did not get and It took over a month to get a refund.
