I ordered a pair of these a few months ago and had to return them the left shoe was defective and gave me blisters the first night I wore them, no big deal got ahold of customer service and was able to send them back waited a few weeks and ordered another pair just to give them the benefit of the doubt and same thing happened only it was in the right shoe this time total waste of money will never buy these again.

I purchased Bondi SR 11.5wide on March 7th. They are 1/2 size too small. I need a size 12wide. Unfortunately it has on back order since mid March. Today 6/24/2024 it's still on back order. Customer service today told me to return that shoe for a refund in stead of waiting for the shoe to come off back order. Ok what ever they could have told me this way back in March. In the mean time while waiting for shoes to come off back order, on April 25th I purchased 12wide Bondi 8 because they were available. Amazingly they are coming apart 2 months later. I called customer service to get a replacement for the replacement I had to buy. To my amazement I was told I have to buy a 3rd set to replace the replacement that replaced the set I cant get because its on back order. I can return the 2 sets of shoes to the HOKA store. Here is the kicker, one set I can get a complete refund for the Bondi SR in 11.5 wide and for the 12 wide Bondi 8 that are coming apart, I will get a HOKA website credit for another HOKA product. Why would I want another HOKA product when I cant get them to stand behind the ones I have? The worst part is in March I also bought a Bondi 8 in a 12wide Grey in color that I love, I've had no issue at all with that shoe. So do I leave one good review and 2 bad reviews? I decided I'm returning both sets of black Bondi shoes and moving on to a different shoe company. Gonna give KURU a try. I will give my wife or someone else the credit. I'm done with HOKA the shoe comfort is great. They are 2 for 3 on quality and zero for 2 on customer service. Too bad the service after the sale sucks.

Thesw shoes are terrible

The bondi sr fir me too tight with minimal room in the toe area. This is with lightweight socks if I were to use my smartwools they would pinch. Not satisfied with the sr,s. My bondi 8 are another story in that they have more toe room. I have to use a shoe horn to get into either pair.

I ordered and immediately returned an Olive Green pair of Bondi Sr "Wide". These shoes came in my size: 13 but they came in 2E width. They were monstruous in volume and, when I returned them to the Hoka store, the clerk said "..They look like size 4E, instead of 2E, as labeled"

Purchased Bondi sr in 2022.. they lasted six months . Terrible for kitchen work..Very uncomfortable, very squeaky, falling apart mess.. Overpriced garbage

Ive gave it many days and they remain stiff and the size is actually small

I hear alot how comfy these shoes are! But I am so disappointed because a very known brand like hoka doesn't make a 13.5 size shoe! I ordered the Bondi Sr size 14 and it was too big and then I returned it and exchanged it with size 13, they sent me an email that size 13 isn't available in stock. Anyway, I ended up getting size 13 from Dick's Sporting Goods, it was too small. Hoka needs to start making size 13.5 They make all the half sizes and when it gets to 13.5 they stop making it

While the Bondi SR is a well manufactured shoe, the cushion should not be rated plush. The sole of the shoe in not comfortable as it is way to firm, it is NOT a comfortable shoe. Buyer beware.

I use this brand first time. After using a week this product of front part of the shoes leather tear it off like below pictures. I went to the Hoka store show, but they blame me you might hit it or scaratch it. I am a healthcare worker i used it only for work and sometimes it might wet during work but its water resistant as products details. I use other products before less expensive still go more longer than a year. this product is very very below quality as per price around $290.

There are so bulky. As a manager, I like to have a professional appearance. These are so bulky and not attractive at all. They don't compliment any of my professional attire. Please develop some of these amazing shoes with a better appearance. Similar to the Mach 5. I'm not joking, employees have laughed at these shoes.

I wore them around the house for 2 days but they just caused my feet and knees agony.

This is my third day wearing these shoes and they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. I am a waitress so comfort and support are very important. My feet are tuning outward and it feels weird. I am hoping it is the new shoe blues and they just need to be broken in.
