I really like the look of this shoe and I'm excited to wear them out on the trails come spring - no complaints in terms of comfort, rubbing, etc. from wearing them around the house so far. Zappos recommend a size 6.5 for me, but that pair was too large and I returned them for the size 6, which is my typical size. So I would say that they are true to size, you don't need to go up a size. The toe box is generous so after trying both the 6.5 and the 6, I'm not concerned that my toes are going to get jammed when running/hiking downhill in these (as is sometime a reason for me to go up a half size). Excellent customer service (as always with Zappos) in processing the exchange/return.

Ok. I wanted to love these but I don’t. The cushioning and sole are wonderful. The shoe is constructed well, but the fabric upper just looks cheesy. The upper design makes the width of the shoe much more narrow than one would expect. I will return them.

Toe box not wide enough. Very much too narrow.

Comfortable for stand, terrible for walking

The shoe felt cheaply made. I would like to have given it a less than "moderate" support but not quite no support. The shoes felt like walking in the box they came in. There was no cushioning that I could discern but that just may have been me. I returned the shoes.

I wanted to like this shoe, but it felt "boxy" and no cushioning on the inside. It's a very attractive shoe but that doesn't make it a good shoe for me.

I was hoping they would last longer. Wore for 10 months and while the outside still seems in good condition, the interior arch seems to have fallen, leaving far less support. This causes burning and tingling in my foot that I only get with a poor quality shoe. I am a moderate walker (2-3 miles, 5 times a week on neighborhood streets) and I typically need to buy new shoes every 2.5 years. Disappointed in this shoe.

My 1st pair of Hoka. My husband loves them so I got a pair on sale. I've worn them for up to 12 hours and didn't have feet or leg aches.

So comfortable! I walk everyday. They are the best!

My first pair of Hoka. They feel great. Because I am a shoe loving gal - I've got lots of shoes! My husband and 80 year old aunt think that HOKA is the ONLY shoe to wear. We shall see if I'm that sold since I love shoes & have a lot! I bought them to wear in Israel on a tour so need time to break in. (No that trip may be off...)

They’re wonderful

I bought these because they were sale priced and I wanted a second pair, so I have one for work and one for play.vI already have a pair of Hoka Rincon shoes that I never want to take off. They are so lightweight, cushiony and great support, which I need for chronic foot pain. The Torrents feel a little tighter and stiffer, but I loosened the laces and my feet did not complain. Hokas are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

I got these for my wife to work in doing 12hrs and she loves them very comfortable !

Absolutely love…they are lightweight - very comfortable …put them on first thing this morning,wore them on my 4.3 mile walk today - and took them off after dinner tonight…felt like bedroom shoes! True to size…great color…chose teal and coral…very satisfied!

I like these shoes, good grip and support.
