I bought my original hokas last year they are my everyday tennis shoe. My orthopedic surgeon recommended this brand after my Achilles tendon repair surgery and have been great absolutely love them. So it wasn't hard to come back to Hoka' when looking for non slip work shoes. I wear a size 8, but in the work shoes I wish I had gone up a half size. The toe box is rounded and so it doesn't have as much room in length. Been wearing them for a few days and in the Achilles I had surgery on it has rubbed a huge blister. I guess I will be wearing my Crocs until it heals as it is bleeding

I love these shoes! I'm a medical professional and am on my feet quite a bit. These are the most comfortable shoes I have found. I had plantar fasciitis for a long time and it didn't matter what shoes I tried nothing took that awful pain away. Until I found these. I haven't had any issues with foot pain for over a year. Glad I took advice from some coworkers. Best decision I made. Love that it's leather, super cushy and no slip sole. They are the perfect shoes I have found for plantar fasciitis and someone who is on their feet all day long. Won't buy anything else, and I've tried many.

I am a postal carrier and walk an average of 20k steps a day. These shoes have been wonderful. My feet aren't aching at the end of the day. I'm beyond thrilled.

A student nurse coworker had the Bondi SR on and she told me that she loved the shoe and how comfortable they were. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and I was desperate and willing to try anything. Let me tell you! I love this shoe! My doctor ordered orthotics for me and it has taken them over two months to get them to me so I bought my second Bondi SR. I am a nurse and I wear one pair at work and the other pair when I anm not ant work and my feet feel so much better! They are so comfortable and my feet don't hurt like it did before. I haven't had to use the pain cream that was prescribed to me and feel like I don't need the orthotics. I am so thankful for Hoka Bondi SR! I have no complaint!

I am a massage therapist and my shoes tend to go from super comfortable to worn out quickly. I order these shoes hoping they would be supportive and not hurt my feet to much. My expectations were not only meet but exceeded my I had to wear compression sock every day for my feet to feel just ok in other shoes I have tried and even then my feet would feel like they were breaking. With the hoka Bondi 8 I can wear any socks and my feet feel better than they ever have. Thank you for marking such quality work shoes!

This shoe lasted me 9 months, I averaged about 8 miles a day throughout those 9 months, that being that I work for USPS. I was a waitress before becoming a mail lady. My legs and feet often hurt after 10 hour shifts, all because I didn't have the right pair of shoes. I started taking foot wear and comfortably more serious after USPS hired me. Now I can confidently say that my feet do not hurt after a long shift, just my legs, but nothing can solve that when I walk as much as I do. Now the real shoe talk. Yes the shoe is stiff when you first put them on. It's because they need to be broken in. A couple days into a new shoe and all is set and comfortable. They are water resistant, which protects my feet from the morning dew, but obviously not waterproof so I still have to wear plastic bags around my feet when it pours. I don't feel the concrete pounding beneath my feet as I deliver, however, I frequently fold my ankles as I walk, as the shoe lacks decent ankle support, so it was a problem when I first started carrying. I have been able to build up muscle in my ankle so when this happens it doesn't bother me and I'm able to catch myself the majority of the time, but for the other times that I don't then it leads me to spilling my mail when i'm not able to catch myself. Oops. The shoe held up surprisingly well with all of use that was being put to into it. After about 9 months of wearing, my big toe wore through the top material, the side of the shoe where the small toes reside was pealing from the material (that was the first thing to start happening when the shoe was breaking down, which probably could be solved by ordering a wider shoe fit) and the tread had been decently worn down. My coworkers complain that the shoes they wear last them on average 3-4 months. My complaints are not the same. Do I wish they would last longer for the price of the shoe? Absolutely, but I also believe the shoe is worth it for the price I pay. Thank you.

This is the first time I’ve bought this brand of shoes, and I’m very happy with my purchase. They fit well on my wide feet, and I’m not dying to rip them off of my feet as soon as possible. Two tiny nitpicks: the laces are very slippery, they come untied a few times a day. That will be easily fixed by different shoe laces. The other nitpick is that the tongues are a bit too short. In my case the right shoe tongue actually slips down into the shoe and provides no cushioning for the shoe lace. A bit annoying. However, still very pleased with the shoes.

OK, I’m here to say that I bought these strictly for looks! I mean, I do have foot issues And I have always loved really thick soled shoe. But I’m 100% pleased with how they look. they are not the most cushy sneakers but they are comfortable. I’ve been going up half a size in sneakers lately for every brand just because I like a little extra overall room and if the shoe is too big. I just add a cushioning insole. But overall, the fit feels true to size, They are comfortable, and the support is great!

As a nurses assistant, I am on my feet all day. 12 hour days are hard on my legs and feet, but these shoes are like walking on clouds! They are the most comfortable shoe, and they are worth every single pretty penny. The first day I wore them, I had to loosen them up a notch, and break them in. I can say that after a 12 hour shift, my legs/feet aren't sore. I got so many compliments from my coworkers, and now they want to try a pair! I will recommend these shoes to anybody that needs a good pair of running or walking shoes!

Super comfy shoes! I've tried to many shoes where my feet hurt so bad after my shift but these have saved my feet! They are super easy to clean which is great for healthcare! Only thing about them that I could see people not liking is that they run wide and aren't very breathable/ trap heat

I am a mail carrier who suffered from plantar fasciitis, and I am not exaggerating when I say that these shoes healed my feet. I was in so much pain every single day, even on days I wasn't working. I tried so many brands of shoes that didn't work for me. Finally, I splurged on these, after hearing mail carrier testimonies about these shoes. I only walk about 6 miles a day while doing my route, but I went to Disneyland and spent 14 hours there, in different shoes, and I had no pain. I am serious, these shoes cured my plantar fasciitis! My current pair is falling apart after almost daily wear for almost a year, so I am about to buy another pair. 10000000% recommend these!!!!!

Just so you understand I HAD to buy these shoes. I have mid-foot upper arthritis and my doctor told me next steps (to avoid surgery) would be to purchase a "rocker shoe". I did lot's of research, MBT's, Joya etc. (more expensive) I decided to give this HOKA a chance. They're big. They're NOT pretty. However, these are THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE I HAVE EVER worn. I've been a flight attendant for 30+ years. These are going to be my work shoes. I will probably have to buy a second pair because I will wear them all the time! Seriously. I didn't even have to insert one of my many custom orthotics. They are a great shoe. No cap. They are NOT PRETTY! I even stumbled a little on my first day because I wasn't used to my new larger footprint. They are little miracle workers. Also, they are not heavy which is important because I do have to carry them in a tote until I get to the airplane. We do have uniform regulations and the laces are not allowed. Serious. Again. MOST COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOE EVER! But, ugly....or butt ugly. Sorry HOKA, that's the truth. ?

The fit and size are excellent. It is very comfortable. I had pain in my legs, which I did not have since I put on these shoes. I have one issue that my feet sweat alot in these shoes, so I use a powder to dry my feet .

I bought these to combat plantar fasciitis and metatarsal pain. I have other shoes for plantar fasciitis, but couldn't find anything that helped with the metatarsal pain as well. I searched out shoes for metatarsal pain and these were a winner. I managed to work 10 hour days without pain,

Perfect for work (I'm a busy haircolorist.) If I spill color, it wipes off and they are comfortable enough to wear for a 12 hour day. At first I found them a little weird at the top of the tongue, but I unlaced the top hole and it's perfect.

I bought the Bondi 8 in all black but they're way too slippery for my serving job. Found the SR on here and immediately purchased.. holy moly!! They're so comfy!! I got a size 9 wide and they fit perfect!!! I have a 9 regular in the Bondi 8 that also fit perfect, just wish I had them in wide as well but the regular width works as long as I don't wear super thick socks. The leather Bondi SR is super comfortable off the get go. No need for break in period. I want a pair in white too! Never using another slip resistant shoe .. it's so hard to find comfort and a solid non slip. These are both of that.. super comfortable and super non slip!

Purchased white leather for daughter in Nursing school and she loves them! Wears other Hokas all the time for gym, and daily running around, so getting these with extra grippy bottom and spill proof for hospital did NOT disappoint!

I am an ED nurse and work 12-hour days and for the first few months with new shoes my feet and back are fine, but after breaking them in, my feet and back begin to feel like I've worked 16 hours a day. Also, I have Fred Flinstone feet, square, and shoes are very hard to find in a length and width that work for me, but HOKA has come to the rescue! After wearing these at work I had to purchase a pair for recreation and I most likely will not purchase another brand of gym shoe unless I am forced to ---don't force me to do this please :) I also teach at a local nursing school and my students ask for recommendations on nursing shoes and I have been praising HOKA and have let them know about the payment plan you guys allow in order to make it more realistic for them to purchase.
