I feel like Hoka toe box isn't what it used to be. My foot could be changing, but I have worn Hoka for almost a decade. I made the switch from Nike for running and then got Hoka for everything! Work, liesure, and exercise. My more recent pairs aren't as immediately comfortable as they used to be out of the box. I first noticed this in 2022 when I bought the Clintons that were out at the time (way smaller toe box than old Clifton, but loved the built in shoe horn), but I just haven't loved Hokas as much as I used to. I love and need the cushion, I just wish I knew what to expect from the toe box. I just bought these Bondis again after wearing through the pair I got myself in December and they aren't immediately comfortable, which I can deal with, but my pinky toe is rubbing a lot and is really uncomfortable. It could be me as I have gained weight recently. I could also maybe use longer laces for a women's 11. Ultimately Hokas still may be the best on the market, but I don't feel as satisfied as I used to. Maybe an 11.5 option would be cool for women too? I feel like my Hoka options are narrowing when I used to be able to put on almost any well cushioned Hoka pair in my size and it be comfortable. I'm in healthcare, but I can see these being good in any professional setting where non skid, non marking, and waterproof are needed/desired.

As a restaurant worker I was very excited to try these shoes. The website stated that my size weighs around 11.5 oz which is lighter than my current shoe. It actually weighs over 14 oz. I wore them around the house for an hour before needing to remove them. Don't know if it's just my feet or their weight but they were very uncomfortable.

It will take time to get used to this shoe and to break in . My only complaint is it's not breathable , very hot shoe! Also, the shoe laces are terrible! Flimsy and they keep coming undone! For that price range this should be a breathable shoe and shoelaces are cheap quality !

I am going to Europe for the first time next month and wanted some shoes that would be comfortable all day rain or shine and HOKA's fit the bill. I have been wearing them for the past week or so everyday and they feel amazing!

As a server, I would not recommend getting this particular shoe. The main issue with this style is that the shoe is way too narrow and there's simply not enough toe room for it to be comfortable to stand/walk in for 10 plus hours. Another issue is with the very high arch support (this is coming from someone with pretty high arches). This combination with narrow fit is so uncomfortable (made my foot so sore at the end of the day). My last issue with this particular style is the breathability. My feet cannot breathe in this shoe. If you decide to keep this shoe, make sure to buy good socks because your feet will sweat alot.

I bought two pairs the pink and grey. Theses shoes are great and excellent for working longer hours. When I get home my feet doesn't get hurt at all and very comfortable. Perfect for travelling as well love it.

It is a very difficult shoe for a 90 year old person to wear......the very cheap shoe laces are constantly slipping undone and I stepped on one and almost fell. The shoes are of no value to me. I have purchased 4 other pairs. in the past. carol huson 7. 7. 25

I wear these shoes for waitressing, and the are decent. Do not seem as slip resistant as my Shoes for crews and are pretty comfortable. Maybe for the price I expected more comfort. Not sure if would buy again.

I love the style of the sneaker. It is not soft as mash like the others, it's more of a harder work shoe. It's very good. One of the best. Slip and oil resistant.

I work on my feet for 8-10 with no break 5 days out of the week. I needed a show that supported me and for a month, this shoe was it. About a month in, I started experiencing the worst heel pain I've ever experienced. I would wear other shoes when going about my casual day to day, I would never experience any foot pain. The SECOND I put on my Hoka's, my feet are killing me. My coworkers were all considering buying Hoka's around the same time as me, I bit the bullet first. Safe to say that I did not recommend these shoe's, they are see and hear how much pain I am in.

most ugliest shoes I've ever seen. from the online pic you can't tell how awkward they look. I almost broke my fingernails just trying to get my foot into the top of the sneakers. the sneakers look super awkward and thick and wide like you broke your feet and needed prescription shoes. crazy narrow and tight at the opening and inside and super clunky and heavy, too heavy for my feet. mind you I'm a size 7.5 medium width, skinny feet. regret the purchase and returned them.

This shoe is comfortable to wear BUT hard to get on due to a very short tongue and narrow opening. I don't wear them very often because it's a struggle to get them on. Also, they are big, clunky and, well, downright ugly.

My daughter is a waitress and has been wearing them for a couple weeks now, she often does doubles. When I asked her how they felt after a long day at work she gave me the Italian sign for delicious. the one thing she encountered is a bit of break in on the heel. When I asked her if she was wearing her good Hoka socks with them she said no. evidently that made the difference.

Insoles are not the same as the bondi 9, which i purchased a few months ago. I love them and ordered these as work shoes being they are more waterproof. I ordered the same size as my bondi 9 and these are much larger and bulky seem like the men's shoes. Also not as comfortable as the bondi 9

the only reason I am giving these shoes 3 stars is because no matter how many precautions I took, and no amount of breaking in these shoes helped with the blisters these gave me on my heels. When I wear them I walk average 17,000 steps. The cushion and support is great, but not sure if they are built for the amount of walking I need to do.

So i purchased my first pair of Hoka shoes in the beginning of June 2025, received my shoes on 6/16/2025 I work with the USPS and while i was out on a route today on 6/26/25, I noticed that the top of my right Hoka shoe unglued from the tip , I feel extremely disappointed they are comfortable but can't believe for the amount these shoes are they unglued already. That's the reason for the 1 star.

Will probably be returning these shoes. They are really big and hurt my feet. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but not looking to promising.
