comfortable right out of the box. i'm using them for outdoor birdwatching which is a combination of fast walking, strolling, and standing in one place for long periods of time. they were great. no shin splints, no tired feet at end of day. They did squeeze in the lobby of my building (concrete?), but i wanted the no-slip bottoms, and the didn't make any noise outside. but if you were using for an indoor use, you might want to consider that. If they last a least a year of daily use, i'll consider them worth the fairly high cost.

I work in Ford Motor company and theirs oil everywhere. I was constantly slipping and almost fell a few times. Once i got these, i can walk right through any oil even run if i wanted. I also stand 10 hours all day on the line so it's perfect for comfort!

These shoes have proved to be very effective for my feet! I'm really happy with the support and cushion between my feet and the ground. My feet are very comfortable in these Bondi Sr gym shoes, I like the bright white w/o any distractions of other color. True to size I wear a size 9.....

I LOVE THESE SHOES!! They are so comfortable and have great support! I get compliments on them all them time and I even got my friend to buy a pair too and she loves them! Based on how much I love these shoes compared to other running shoes, HOKA is the only brand I will buy.

I have a great deal of arthritis in my left foot and use custom orthotics to minimize the bones moving. This shoe has just the right amount of cushioning and support - not too soft, just right and very supportive. My pain is tolerable. I may have to consider an alternative way of lacing on one of them as I am plagued with cysts/calcifications on top of that foot that the laces can compress and irritate. I wear these every day, so when they wear out, I will be replacing them with another pair.

Working longer than normal days, my feet were absolutely screaming for some relief. My Danskos were almost too painful to even put on in the morning. Since I prefer clogs, I spent a lot of money trying out other brands. Nothing gave me the support I needed.
I finally tried the Hoka Bondi Leather. IMO it is the best shoe and ever for hospital workers that have problems with their feet! It's like walking on well supported cushion. I may be tired at the end of a long day, but my feet have never felt better!!
I bought a second pair (mesh) because they're perfect for everyday walking/running as well!!

After having foot surgery a few times I got the all clear to regular shoes. After trying MANY different kinds these are the ones. I now have 8 pairs. I'm on my feet 60 hrs a week. I'm finally not in pain at the end of the day.

I work in an oily environment, this shoes are great, they are comfortable for standing on long periods of time. The support from the cushioning is phenomenal! But I am not very happy with the Glue use in this shoes. About 3 days after wearing the shoes I notice the upper sides are starting to come apart very slightly. I encourage Hoka to spend or research on a stronger, high quality, efficient glue for the shoes. Especially for the price they are selling!

These shoes are so comfortable! They are excellent for anyone with foot issues, especially plantar fasciitis, who have to work on their feet for long hours.
I give them a 4/5 because I wish they weren't so "chunky" looking and that the design was a little sleeker, although they are lightweight. I already have big feet (size 11) and these make my feet look even bigger, but I suppose that's part of why they are so supportive. Just wish they looked a little more like an Oxford - they don't quite fit the bill when having to dress "business casual".
Overall, the best shoe purchase I've made since I purchased my last pair of Hoka's, they have relieved a lot of my foot pain!

I waitress and was thrilled to see Hoka One came out with non-slip shoes. I purchased the black. I normally wear a 8 in Hoka tennis shoes but had to to up a 1/2 size. These are so comfortable for a 11 hour shift!!!!

I work at at a fast food place. I normally on my feet 8-10 hours a day for 5 days. When I got my shoes my first impression was did I order the wrong size? My first day with my new shoes was great, after my 9 hours shift, my feet didn't feel tire at all. Not Iike my other pairs of working shoes, I feel like my bottom of my feet hurt and tired Best part is slippery resistance which is approved for my work. I do need to replace insoles for a better comforter. I also order another pair for my co-worker as well. She love also.

The size and width is true to size. (My first pair of Hoka One One)
This shoe is not all that. I’m a mail carrier and always looking for comfort and I thought this shoe would be it. But for ME it was a waste of $172. I really wished I had return them but I had to least use them for a couple of days to test them out.

Awkward. These things look like clubs on your feet. Not only are they awkwardly wide ALL OVER, but the fit felt a bit big. I MAY have been able to get over the look, (since i wear pants to work, and work behind a bar) IF they were the most comfortable shoes in the world, BUT they are NOT. Unless you are like an 80 yr old grandpa, you won't like these. I'll be sending these back.
