I have ordered from Hoka before and loved my shoes however these weren't the best fit. Was super excited for new work shoes as they were much needed but something about the insoles in these was highly uncomfortable. Ended up with thick calluses in the arch of my foot from them no matter how thick of a sock I wore and ended up taking out the insoles to make it bearable to wear them

My feet start to hurt after a few hours of wearing them. I thought I just needed to break them in but I tried for weeks to no avail. They're extremely narrow which I think is the main problem, they fit good everywhere except the toes, which get squeezed together. So by the end of my work shift my pinky toe feels raw and I get cuts on my other toes from my toe nails being pushed into them. I've been wanting these shoes for a few years now but never wanted to spend the type of money for them so this was extremely disappointing. They're also just really stiff. After the point of finally determining these shoes are not right for me, I did not feel as if they were returnable or exchangeable so now they just sit in my garage.

In my first review I explained the threads broke at the toes not even three months into wearing. HOKA responded saying I should use the 1 year warranty. I tried that. They want you to jump through hoops. I purchased my shoes directly from Hoka and the defective merchandise is on them. I have a full time job, and will not be wasting my hard earned money on another pair.

I bought these cuz I thought that they would be comfortable because everybody is talking about them and I'm on my feet all day and honestly they hurt my feet. I tried to give them a few tries but I absolutely hated them :(

Bondi SR is now the only style that supports the work type shoe, leather upper, non-skid sole. The inside of this shoe is hard as a rock and narrower! My feet have not changed but the Hoka brand has changed! Bondi 6 was the best shoe and reviewed by my podiatrist, who agreed. If he saw this one though, I doubt he would have the same positive remarks. The endless customer service remarks of try another style is just smoke up my wazzu. There are no other styles to try and the work shoe here has gotten worse with every single iteration. The sole and collar are the only improvements, neither effect comfort on the bottom of foot. Very disappointed. The wide base made it stable, that too is narrower. Off to another brand for a work shoe. 10 years!

This shoes are so expensive, because after 5 months always the front part get ripped and you notice it because your fingers get black color, off course because I clean my shoes after work and this is not happening with any other shoes that I buy before. So this brand didn't worth it

bondi 8 was magical for me, the cushioning, the support everything! I tried to buy more but they replaced them with bondi 9. I tried the SR and I also tried the new Bondi 9 is overpriced and nothing like the bondi 8.
go back to producing the bondi 8, it was a winner all around!
ps stop making so many styles/names these shoes are so crazy expensive and complicated to follow the ever changing menu of shoes!

I bought these for work because I love the Bondi 9. But the SR model is harder and stiff feeling. I have heel spurs in both of my heels. Wearing the SR model around home, in less then 2 hrs my heels were starting to hurt. If you have feet issues, just heads up that the SR model is not plush. I am returning the SR leather in exchange for the Bondi 9 running shoes. They are like pillows on my feet.

I bought the Bondi SR for my best friend who is a school cafeteria manager and started wearing these shoes August 1st. By October 20, this rubber part has come completely apart from the bottom of one of the shoes, material on top of shoes have separated. The shoes look like they are a year old not 2 months old. I cannot believe the change ine the quality of the brand of this shoe. I bought this same brand and model last year at beginning of school year, the pair lasted the whole year.

I was excited to finally try a pair of Hoka shoes. I brought them specifically for work as I needed nonslips and something good to be on your feet all day. I originally ordered a 9.5 but exchanged them for a 9 because they were a little too big and making my feet hurt. Well my feet and my knees are worse, I've worn them for about 3 months thinking I needed to break them in but to no avail, it makes my knee pain worse than what it usually is. I'll just stick to Brooks.

I've had these shoes for almost a year. These are the hardest shoes I've worn they do not break in and they have no support given the fact that they are a hoka. Nothing about them is soft. They are so stiff. If you are in the medical field, do not buy you are only paying for the fact that they are waterproof now I am fixing to have to buy more shoes for Clinicals.

People have managed to pull tongues out without an uncomfortable anchor in the shoe for.... convenience? If this were a running shoe, not a work shoe, I can see this might be a useful feature. Quality is not what it used to be. Not very plush, hard interior not plush cushion as advertised, that feature went away along with the Bondi 6/7/8. Would really like to see tongue anchor go away permanently and bring back the cushioning.

The inside has become less plush and the outside is so stiff to make the shoe nearly unbearable to wear. It feels like a brick on my foot. I use it to mow the grass now. Changing to a different shoe does not work and certainly does not excuse the lack of quality. Have to have black, no slip, leather shoes. These no longer fit the bill. Surely someone out there will see the Bondi 6 with its plush interior and medium soft leather exterior was THE shoe. Just because you can change something does not mean you should. BTW, I have returned more of your shoes than I have kept in recent years. Proof it is your quality and not my feet that have changed. Actively looking to replace the brick with a new comfortable shoe.

I've had these shoes not even one full year and they are falling apart. The bottom of the sole is coming unattached from the rubber bottom and parts of the top are peeling off very badly. I do wear these shoes regularly, but not in such harsh conditions that I think they should be breaking after only 10 months of use.

Do not buy unless you want to have foot pain after no longer than an hour of working/clinicals. These shoes look like they would be so comfy but the thick soles prove nothing!

This shoe has caused me to have so much pain in my left foot. The shoe fits perfect on my right foot but my left seems squished. I have to wear cushions and bandaids in my last two toes in order to wear them. My foot also hurts on the side. I've been wearing them for over a month trying to break them in but it's just a bad shoe. I might try a wide and a size up, but I'm nervous to waste my money again.
