Took a few days to soften up a bit, but they are now just as comfortable as all my other pairs of Hoka I own! Hoka's have been a life changer for me as I am no longer in pain with every step I take. I bought my first pair of Hoka's two years ago and I've never looked back! The only shoes I own now are Hoka's!

I got lots of laughs with these "Frankenstein" shoes, lol, but that's ok. I felt they were about a half size larger, but the medium width felt pretty standard. I wish they worked for me, but unfortunately my right foot ended in pain. The cushioning is great, but for some reason the top of the shoe cut into my foot with every step. Maybe a half size smaller and a wide width? I'm petite and an even wider "Frankenstein" shoe would be too much, though! LOL

I like the slight forward tilt. Comfortable. A nice shoe.

The tongue is very short and hard. For some reason the left shoe hurts my foot after wearing awhile on the outside edge. Other than that they are fine. A little wide.

Very cushioning shoe. Walking for an hour or more continuously is a breeze. The medium fit me a little snuggly so I had to loosen the lacings. Then it was fine. Not really a good shoe with thick socks for this reason. Excellent choice for my athritic toes and sore 60-year old feet.

A little heavier than synthetic fabric uppers and does not breathe as well. A little more supportive. A little stiffer andleass flexible. A little less cushioning from the sole. The sole flares out and makes the shoe appear wider than the upper. (My synthetic fabric upper doesn't do this, and doesn't have this very wide profile.) Is this a design flaw, or is my pair of shoes defective? I wonder. Functionally, they are OK, but sometimes one shoe hits against the other as I walk. I'll keep them, but might not buy a wide width next time...I'm kind of in-between measuring for average or wide width. I generally like to err on the side of larger/wider fit in shoes and clothes in general. I hate a close,, tight fit!!!

I should have believed the comments that show sizes run bigger. My feet are wide and typically when i but wide widths the shoes still feel too tight across my toes. These don't. They are very roomy, almost too much for even my fat feet! I do love the support, it feels like walking on firm pillows and i'll buy again when i wear these out.

I bought it for myself, i needed something comfortable when walking all day especially by the end of the day your feet swells so you need more comfort. The only issue i have is the tongue on the right shoe, when i first put it on it's uncomfortable because the tongue bothers my ankle. It gets comfortable after i walked around with it. The tongue only bother after first putting it on and start walking. But it's comfortable, i don't even notice it anymore by the end of the day. I decided to keep it, i like the comfort of it by the end of the day.

I needed something stable with cushion since I am active on my feet at work for long hours, leading to terrible pain in my feet. only issue is it is narrow so I went wide and did a half size up. usually I am 7.5 with regular width. they were great with the exchange.

Seriously the most comfortable shoes for my trip to Europe. Also, not the prettiest for sure. They make my feet look huge and I do not have big feet!

I'm a mail carrier walking 10+ miles daily. These shoes feel amazing. If I lace them too tightly, they hit my ankle bones in a painful way. But laced just right and it's a dream. No foot or leg fatigue after a long day of work.

They’re not beautiful, for sure, but they are comfortable. Today is my first wearing and I’ve had them on for almost 7 hours within pain anywhere. I have feet on the wider side and first ordered these in the wide width. I had to exchange them for the medium width; the wide is really wide. I bought them specifically for a trip that will include lottos walking and I think they’ll be the right choice.

These shoes are heavier than the usual Hoka with a mesh fabric top. I like the support, and I hope these will be a little warmer in cold weather. The top said leather, but it feels soft, like synthetic and is flexible.

I've been needing to replace my current work shoes, partly because I have some severe heel pain in my left foot, and saw that Hoka made a non-slip pair! I have heard great things and got to try on a demo pair at a run recently & loved them. My heel pain isn't gone, but it's better most days. The only downside is the laces on these don't stay tied. I even double-knot them and they can still come untied! Otherwise they are great for being on my feet in a college dining hall all day!

I wear these for work. I had surgery on my ankle approximately a year ago and my doctor suggested that I get these shoes. They were hurting my feet and so I had to get insoles that my doctor recommended that were also expensive. My feet are doing better my ankle is doing better. But it seems like the soul scratches easily on the sides.

My podiatrist and a co-worker suggested I try Hokas. I got the Bondi SR since it meet my requirements needed for the postal service. I love the shoes and they provide great comfort all day but after 5 months of wearing they are wore out. The sides have literally come apart. I will purchase again due to my medical needs but I would like to see the price go back down

I have completely flat feet and arthritis. I struggle every day with foot pain. These have alleviated some of the pain. Better than most work shoes that claim you can walk on them all day.

Very comfortable, felt a little wide for a medium width. Ordered my normal size for a running shoe - 7 1/2. Returning because they make my feet look BIG.
