I am on my feet all day, sometimes standing in one spot. These sneakers really help get me through my shift. I will be buying another pair.

I have bursitis of the hip which is extremely painful. When it flares up, I need lightweight, cushioned footwear and it's a constant battle to find lightweight, cushioned shoes that LOOK GOOD. I can't say I love the look of sneakers in general, but at least these are a nice bright orange with a big thick sole. One could *almost* (but not quite) say they looked like platforms. So they aren't something I'd pick out to wear if I didn't have to, but they make a huge difference to my stupid hip. I could walk for hours in these, and often do. If I wear these enough, I can get away with wearing a heavier, less cushioned shoe once in a while. Like when people are going to see me.
As everyone says, these do run big. I usually wear a 9.5 - 10. I got a size 9 in these and they fit perfectly. So while they don't "feel too big" on my feet, they "feel too big" for a size 9 shoe.

I really like the Hoka Bondi 7 but not the Bondi 8. I tried on the Bondi 8 at Fleet Feet and it was made different and uncomfortable. Felt too tight and not as cushy and comfortable as the Bondi 7.
So I went online and ordered a Bondi 7.
I wear the Bondi 7 for work on my feet 12 hour shifts and another pair for home and exercise.

I play a lot of tennis and teach lessons too. I teach in these shoes because they provide such support and cushion that my old legs last a little longer on the hard surface. I also use them as recovery shoes after long matches.

Love the extra cushion around ankle. Great support for flat feet with arch problems. Fit great. Look great. I will always but Hoka from now on. I am so pleased. I am a senior who uses them for walking, running errands and treadmill.

For years, I've been a believer in Ryka walking shoes (the Devo Plus), but because of all the positive reviews decided to try the Bondi. I walk between 3-5 miles a day, usually outdoors, as weather permits.
From the first time I put them on, I was disappointed in the Bondi cushion feeling - it's noticeably less than what the Devotion Plus provides. The Bondi does support the walking gait a little better, however. Both shoes equally provide the "boxy" toe room. Is the Bondi worth the 2 times the cost? I'm still waiting to decide. Though I'll reassess after 1 month for now (10 days of walking experience), I'd have to say "no".

I got these to go on runs and walks so I got a fun bright color. But now I love them so much that I am wearing them everyday, everywhere. Gonna have to order a new pair in a more neutral color to go with my everyday clothes. Warning: once you go hoka you never go back!

Am a little disappointed in the fit of this shoe. This is my 3 rd pair and for some reason they just don't fit the same. The soles are still amazing, one shoe seems more narrow than the other. At first I thought I just needed to break them in, but discomfort progressed.

I'm 67 and have been running on these for many years. Love the cushion, No knee pain. Hubby also wears them.
I did buy the Bondi 8's. I hate them. Not as much cushion and the wider platform under the ball of the foot can be a tripping hazard. Hope you don't discontinue the 7!

I have been buying these shoes for several years now. As long I can keep getting them under 140.00 a pair I will continue to buy them. They are super good for my back while walking.

Usually wear these shoes for walking, but I've golfed in them and played pickleball in them. Just a good shoe with the support I need.
