My podiatrist recommended this shoe for my plantar fasciitis. I had never heard of the brand, but glad I gave them a try. I previously wore ASICS Gel Kayano, but I think these are better for me!
I'd also recommend:
ASICS, Vionic

After wearing my first time on a 5 mile walk I was ready to return. I have a bad right foot and these aggravated both foot and ankle problems. Meanwhile I happened to run into a woman wearing the exact same shoes and she raved about how much she loves her Bondi 7's - especially for work where she's on her feet all day but said they did have a breaking in period. So I decided to try them again-made some lacing adjustments and found them much better. After my third venture out and working an 8 hour shift on my feet I decided to keep. Could not believe I was painless at the end of the day.

Could just be this model but they aren't as comfortable as the first pair I purchased. The first pair I owned were like, I can tell the difference in these and Asics. Maybe not this pair.

I tried the shoes because they were supposed to be good for plantar fasciitis, but they run way too wide for my medium foot. and definitely did not make any difference in my foot pain. Additionally they seem to run large too, I typically wear a size 8 in brooks glycerin, the 8’s in this shoe was way too big, loose in the toe box.

Overall great shoe for walking. Color options below average for price. Style dated at best.

This is a great shoe. I wear a 5.5 in Brooks and it's perfect. The Hoka One One Bondi is jus a little bigger. I wear a thicker sock and it's fine, but not quite a perfect fit. The support and cushiness is great, so I'll probably buy it again, especially as Brooks has changed the adrenaline, which I wore for years. I'm alternating between the Hoka and Brooks Ariel now and it's a happy balance.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks.

This shoe has a large toe box so I did I have to go down a half size. I normally wear a 7 and had to reorder a 6 and a half. Not as much as an arch support as I thought it would be. from other reviews I thought there would be more cushioning. All in all, a comfortable shoe.

I originally purchased black/white (white soles) in wide width and they were just too too wide. So I did an exchange and had to settle for all black or wait a month for the color I wanted (which I could not do). I really hate the "all black" because it really makes you look like Frankenstein's bride. With the white soles, it doesn't give the illusion that the shoe is so huge. Other than the color, the shoe is good quality and they are helping to heal my neuromas. So, while not fashionable looking, it is more important to me to stay mobile than to look chic. These are definitely helping a great deal and my doctor was talking possible surgery. So, don't let your vanity cause you to lose your mobility.

I really wish I would've known they run narrow. The "regular" is narrow so I am disappointed that I didn't order wide. The shoe soul is very comfortable.

I usually wear a size 6 but in these shoes I needed a 6.5 which I have never worn. On me they feel like they run a half size small.

The fit amd support and cushion was good but the style has a higher back-heel than other running shoes which rubbed up on my ankle and gave me blisters. I had to return them for this reason.

Size 7.5, B width. Wider than my usual B width Altras in the same size. I had to pull the laces so the sides nearly touched. A little too roomy but the cushioning was what I'm looking for. Four stars for overall and style because of width but really, the shoes are quality. I need to get a different size. Really appreciated the Zappos delivery and customer service.

I only have one short run in my Hoka Bondis so far. They are comfortable and after one run I had significantly less knee pain than normal.

I have owned several pairs of Hokas and they are definitely not all the same. As a massage therapist I am on my feet all day in a physically demanding career. I recently developed plantar fasciitis and needed to switch up my footwear. I thought the Bondi 7 would fit the bill. A few weeks in and I am pleased to say they offer support as well as cushioning for my aching arches and heel. My only complaint is that they are extremely low barely coming above my heel bone.

Had to send the shoes back as I needed an extra wide shoe which you do not have. Would recommend anyone to try them though

Bondi is Narrow. I love my Hoka Cliftons. I have a slightly wider foot, but usually not wide enough for a wide size. The Clifton’s fit perfectly. This Bondi style is just too narrow and hurt my feet.

It's taking a little time to get used to the "pitch" of the shoe - but otherwise very comfy sneaker. Would buy them again.
