These sneakers really help with plantar fasciitis; my heels feel so cushioned in these when I’m walking, running and working out in general. I wear an 8.5 shoe and usually order a 9.5 for running shoes, but had to order a 9 because the 9.5 were way too large in the toes. The 9 fits great! This is an extremely comfortable sneaker. Also, my foot is very stable when doing exercises like side lunges/squats unlike my old sneakers. Highly recommend these shoes!

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I only gave this 2 stars because the heel was much higher than the toe. I suffer from not only heel pain but also metatarsalgia (pain in the bottom of the forefoot). Because of these two pain problems I need a shoe with zero drop, i.e., the forefoot and heel of the shoe are the same distance from the ground. From reading the description of these shoes, I thought there would be less of a differential between heel and toe. Wrong. For someone w/o pain in the forefoot, these would probably be fine, but not for me. I also ordered some Altras that are deep enough to accommodate the full length orthotics I need, but I'll have to see if I can get some made for these, as my current orthotics are too wide in the heel for Altras.

Have always ordered a 1/2 size up in running shoes. I did NOT with Hokas, and they are perfect. I need cushioning and I under pronate (supinate). They feel great!
