I've been battling plantar fasciitis since October and have been struggling to get back into jogging and running because of the pain. I've always worn Brooks, so it didn't occur to me that my shoes could've been the problem. I began to look for a neutral shoe with good support for plantar fascia and the Hoka Bondi came up as a top choice. I've had them now for a few weeks and have been able to get back into walk/runs and am improving my intervals and pace with no foot pain. Thank you thank you!!

Bought these to use for exercising. I have to get 1/2 size larger than I wear in most shoes. Love this brand shoes for comfort and looks.

I needed a shoe that would provide support and comfort for a Plantar Fasciitis problem and a pronation problem. My orthopedic practice recommend I research the Hoka brand. I had wavered on one of the shoes but was not confident in my choice. I contacted Hoka and spoke to a customer rep. who listened to my requirements and discussed the shoe I was leaning toward. After a bit I took the recommendation of the BONDI7. I love this shoe from the moment I put them on. Since wearing them the pain has left my heel, walking my 4.5 miles a day is now without pain. Thank you Hoka!! I would recommend this brand to anyone.

First, let me rave just a bit about HokaOneOne as a company. I had some trouble with my Cliftons, sent them back after almost a year, and Hoka very graciously sent me a gift certificate to replace them. I chose the Bondi 7 because I have the Bondi 6 and absolutely LOVE them, but needed some black shoes to replace my Cliftons, so I went with the Bondi 7 in black. I like them, they're comfy. They fit well. Just as with my other 4 pair of Hokas, they help my back tremendously. My only negative (and not enough of a negative to "ding" a star) is they just are not as comfy as my Bondi 6. I can't put my finger on it except to say they feel a bit stiffer than my Bondi 6. But I still love them and will keep them. I'll be looking for a new pair in a new color for spring, but for now my black are working just great with my leggings and yoga pants.

I am a nurse and spend long hours on my feet. Recently I got plantar fasciitis in both feet and I could barely walk. Wearing these shoes and adding support inserts have reduced my pain by 80%, I am not exaggerating about this!

Great shoe. The most comfortably cushioned in the entire line by far. I run about 2000 miles a year , all outside, and go thru 3 to 4 running shoes a year. Live in Buffalo NY so they take a beating. I have tried a few different HOKAS and like them all. The Clifton used to be my go to shoe but they have changed it way to much. Very narrow. I am in the Rincon right now. Very light and comfortable but a lot less cushioned. And the tongue is so short it moves to much. So it's a trade off. More cushion and more weight in the shoe.

Love the cushioning and sizing. Great for my foot, which is a little wide in front, narrow in back and I have a high instep.

Wife loves them

I'm a nurse walking 12k steps per day on average, so good shoes are a must. I've tried various different sneakers, the typical Dansko nurse's clogs, and my most recent shoes, which were Nike Shox. Nothing holds a candle to the Hoka Bondi 7. When I got the box in the mail, it was so light, I thought they only sent me one shoe by mistake. But actually, the shoes are just that light. I thought for sure the Bondi 7's would be super heavy and clunky but they are featherlight. They almost have a "bounce" to them when you walk and they provide amazing support for my high arches. 11/10 would buy again and recommend to all of my nurse colleagues.

I walk daily and jog once a week.

These are a pleasure to wear and walk with, possibly the best ever!

I am now walking 10,000 steps a day and I was concerned how my feet and knees would feel. You feel as if you are walking on pillows!!

These are the most comfortable shoes ever!! I wore brooks everyday before I got these shoes and thought they were so comfortable, but now when I wear my brooks they feel so hard after wearing my HOKA shoes!!

This is my second pair of Hoka shoes, I have recommended them to many friends. Thank you for making such a comfortable shoe! Jbuckley

Excellent shoe

I've been a huge fan of the Cliftons (great shoe as well) but the Bondi has been a step up for me. I purchased the wides, I always struggle to find a comfortable shoe for my my wide feet, but these fit great! I feel more support, and confident in increasing my mileage with this shoe, perfect for road running. I will definitely be purchasing these again when I retire this pair.

If you like cushioning in your shoe this is the one for you.

I bought these shoes at the recommendation of my podiatrist. Shoes are comfortable, supportive and stabilizing.

I started running and walking in Hoka One One several years ago and now will not return to another shoe. I run in the Bondi and walk/jog in the Ahari. The Bondi is excellent for someone with weak ankles and pronation; running in this shoe is virtually pain-free. The Bondi provides a lot of stability on both road and trail surfaces. I'm not a fast runner, so I don't mind the slightly extra weight of the shoe. I was more than happy to find an older model, but could only find the Bondi 7 in my size. Beautiful redesign!
