These just didn't hit my arches in the right place. They were springy and wonderful and I wish I could have kept them but arches hurt so bad after one day I had to return

I ordered a 7 wide. The Bondi 7 is the narrowest wide athletic shoe I have ever purchased. I really wanted these to work and I did take them out on the track. Forefoot is just too narrow, made my foot raw and then calloused where arch ends in toe box. Toes had more room than forefoot. It's not a wide. Have since read many reviews on other sites complaining of this very thing and blisters. Sad to send them back. They are very cushioned and only 4 mm drop but I could not do this to my feet. I love the HOKA Bondi 7. The fit is perfect, and I’ve never had shoes more comfortable. I have 3 pairs, and I wear them every day. I walk miles every day, and I used to have knee and hip pain. I have little to no pain when I walk.

I ordered my usual size and they fit just right. They almost looked too wide, but after lacing them up, I love the way they are secure yet roomy. The laces actually stay tied without an extra knot. They feel very soft with the amazing cushioning. These are my first Hoka shoes. You don't feel the sidewalk in these shoes. Oddly, since the outer sole of the shoe is very wide, extending outward at the very bottom (for the solid balance you get) I occasionally bump shoes while walking - annoying but rarely happened after the first few weeks. Also, I found that after long walks (a few miles), my feet ache. But I still love the shoes, they are stylish, and great for wearing around town, shopping or for casual get togethers. I don't get tired in these shoes. The Zappos agent also did me a favor, honoring a discount I'd forgotten to enter. Great customer service, thank you!!
