My podiatrist recommended these shoes for my foot problem along with an orthotic insert. Very comfortable for me.

Love Hoka's.. but the all black shoe just looked a little too much like an orthopedic shoe for me with pants or anything besides running shorts.

I find that the Clifton 7, that I used almost a whole year were much more comfortable. I'm debating whether I should send them back

NOT AT ALL like the Hoka One One BONDI 6. The 6 was wonderful; like walking on marshmallows which was great because I have plantar fasciitis. I wore the Bondi 6 everyday and was able to keep working. I was going to be a customer for life. Then they changed the shoe and the 7 is so hard; like walking on cement. My feet were so sore after an hour or two. I'll have to go back to my ASICS until Hoka gets the softness back.

These are the best shoes! I just put had my 4th pair! My doctor had suggested them for the cushioning and I now will wear nothing else!

I bought a 9W. And found that even though it was supposed to be a wide, either the insole or the shoe did not accommodate my needs for a wider width. Almost as if I got a wider width show and narrow insole insert, which was too narrow for my foot and wedged/pinched the arch of my foot. I was able to remove the insert and replace it with a Dr. Shoal's insert which corrected the issue. It took a few days for the shoe and my foot to adjust and is now perfectly comfortable. Also, my prior tennis shoes had a wider base at the heel area and found that it took me a bit to adjust that my heel was not supported the same way that I was used to. Not a problem, with more use, the easier and more comfortable I was with the shoe and am now enjoying them. Easy walkers with lots of cushion

These sneakers are light weight but there is no arch support. If you have low arches I don't recommend this particular style. I normally wear a size 7 but I could have went down half a size because this sneaker runs a little big.

Unfortunately the excruciating Bondi blisters which formed on the exterior sides of both big toes made this pair a liability for me! I should've returned straight away yet I foolishly chose to let the deep painful blisters heal and try again only to have the same result. I will stick with Clifton's and avoid Bondi blisters.

After having 3 foot surgeries, these shoes were recommended by her orthopedic surgeon and these are the only shoes she wears now. Unlike othere brands my wife is pain free when she wears these shoes, which is a blessing.

First time HOKA wearer and am blown away with how cushiony these shoes are. I've been a staunch Ultraboost user for the last few years and these are about 10 times more cushiony than those. Can wear pretty much all day on days when I'm on my feet about 95% of the time. I don't even think about my feet until about hour 8. Now I just need to buy more! The Blue/Pink/Green colorway is so cute and goes with a lot so it's been a great all-around shoe.

Although it is suggested to go up 1/2 size for a tennis shoe, the raised toe grip area manufactured into the inner sole hit me in the wrong place on the ball of my foot. I originally purchased a size 6 and have walked easily in them, but was afraid I might catch the toe and trip, so decided to try the 5.5. I am completely satisfied with the size 6 and have no issues...so I am returning the smaller 5.5 pair.

I work on my feet 12 hours a day and have gone thru 5 pair of shoes. My feet hurt and I was developing callus. My co-worker recommending Hoka and that they had a 30 day guarantee so I jumped on the offer. I'm still tired from the long hours but now a have a pep in my steep even after along day.

Thanks to the awesome Zappos feedback community, I was able to search the word “ankle” on the reviews. I was trying to choose between this shoe and a less expensive brand that appeared similar. What was not similar was the reviews for working with ankle injuries and a walking boot. Hoka One One was clearly the best choice. The real test was the “ahhhh” factor and how incredibly stable the shoe feels on my good foot. I needed a higher heel so that my hips would be in line while wearing the orthotic boot for my broken ankle. And when I’m ready to put the other shoe on - I’m confident that my Physical Therapist and my ankle will approve. Thanks for speedy delivery too, Zappos!
I'd also recommend:
Sketchers, Ugg, Merrill, Keen, Jambu

Every hospital nurse puts a ton of wear & tear on their feet and thankfully I found Hoka!! After 4 13hr shifts in a row, putting about 5-12 miles per night on my feet I walked out of the hospital with a spring in my Step. I have to say the ultimate combination is the Hoka Bondi 7 (I also use a waterproofing spray from academy on shoes prior to wear for those not so nice on the job issues) and Thorlo 12hr workday socks. The right socks & shoes make the difference (remember to replace shoes every 6mo for best results if they take a ton of wear & tear like mine do).

I’ve worn HOKA BONDI 6 for years. While I love the cushion of the Bondi 7, I’ve ordered two pairs (B & W), and both were exceptionally WIDE! I could immediately tell my feet would fall off the side. Moreover, both had far too much space between the top of my foot and the shoe. Sent both back. I don’t know where to turn. ?
