Very wide shoe, I generally wear a medium width and use a shoe insert if the shoe is too big. Nothing helped these to fit so I had to return them. Length felt true to size.

So happy with HOKA! In the past few years I have felt like I was throwing money out the window trying to find something that wasn't wasn't going to hurt my feet. I've had plantar fasciitis and there are other issues. Someone who also has trouble with their feet suggested HOKA and I tried a pair. Honestly, it is like walking on clouds. I'm still not sure if I need something a little wider because one of my feet is slightly swollen and I wear 11 to 11.5 but this only goes up to 11. I have ordered some thinner socks that runners use that help keep feet overheating and I think with that they will be perfect. Then Zappos did one of their wonderful things again, like sending me an email with suggestions based on my browsing and purchases. I love zappos! On your last suggestion you showed a pair of closed toe and heel sandals by HOKA. It was exactly what I have been searching for! I'll write a review on them when I get that request, but I was not disappointed. I was an avid KEEN customer but after creating such a fabulous shoe, they aren't making them like they used to. I don't understand that. But I'm not going to throw money in that direction anymore. The HOKA sandal is similar to a KEEN but with a real solid arch support and more cushion in the footbed, which you will not find with KEEN.

I’m not sure what’s going on with these shoes. They are huge, not just too big. My normal size is a woman’s 9M. And there was over an inch of extra length and I could freely move my foot from side to side. My son has a Hoka in Men’s 8D, which shows the same exact measurements in the tag. It fits me perfectly. I am hoping that sizing down fixes the issue. However, it is almost as if the shoe is not sized properly. I am excited about finding a good fit for MY first Hoka’s. They seem amazing!

I love Hokas and use them for running and at work (I work in a large medical center and routinely walk several miles each day). I normally wear a regular size Hoka, but they only had the W available. They actually fit great (maybe better than my regular?) and I'm loving my Hokas!

Far too wide. I have a skinny foot and I just rolled around inside these sneakers. Shame cuz I like the way they looked

Could not wear these. Of course I didn’t realize it until I had walked outside in them and couldn’t return. To tight across the top of m foot.

These shoes are extremely large-as in so large that I think they may be labeled wrong. Sending back to try a half size down. Hoping I won’t be disappointed next time! They will be the best ever if they ever fit correctly!

This is my girlfriends second pair of these shoes so this is really a report on how she feels about these shoes. She loves them. She's a nurse at SFGeneral in San Francisco and she wears them to work and to hike with our dogs. She wears them everyday and I replace them regularly.
