My usual 8.5D size fit fine. The shoes have a lots of cushion, narrow heal, wide toe box, comfort mesh upper and quality shoe laces. I can understand why they are so popular. However, on me the shoe came up too high by the ankles and rubbed. I had to tighten the laces or I slipped out of the heal. Also, it felt like the heal padding and structure was not the same in both shoes. This threw off my balance and my back. They are a very nice looking sneaker.

When you work on your feet for 8 hour shifts, these are the best! Better than other Hoka styles, with more cushioning.

I'm over 200lbs and an ER nurse who doesn't ever get breaks. I walk 5-10 miles a shift. I had horrible knee pain and back pain and I was convinced I was going to need knee surgery. My knee pain is literally gone. My back is better (not fixed, I'm still a nurse lol). These blow Brooks out of the water. Worth every cent. I have a shoe collection that I don't wear to work anymore bc nothing compares to these. I got regular size, not wide and fits my wide toe box and high arch wonderfully. True to size if a tiny tad big. They don't need to be broken in, perfect on day 1. Don't wait, just do it.

This will be my fourth pair of Bondi and I will say the least satisfied of all of them. They are not as comfortable as my others. Not unbearable but just not as good as the others seem hard. All in all I am sad to give this review as I have loved all my other Hokas and I still highly recommend them, but I will either buy a different Hokas or wait till the next set of Bondis come out.

Love these, but i always where a 5D in a sneaker and they run !/2 size longer. If you want to buy these, buy 1/2 smaller than normal. They are wonderful and worth the money, but run very large. Thank you Zappos for easy purchase and easy return for my complicated feet.

I am on my feet for work 12 hrs a day and was hoping the plush comfort of the Biondi's would be all that I expected. I was a little saddened the first day I wore them because they were heavier than the Rincon's I previously wore. I am hoping to get used to them but if not I will go back to the Rincon's for comfort.

I've been wearing the Bondi shoes for 7 years...different models throughout the years. Just got the Bondi 7 and I am so disappointed as it doesn't have the walking on a cloud feel. Why would they change the number one feature of this shoe. My Bondi 6 shoes that are 1 1/2 years old feel better than the 7. I guess I will have to look for a different shoe as this is their only plush option.

I have wanted to get these for a few years now and finally bit the bullet after my second spine surgery and a year of physical therapy, to get the most cushion and less impact as possible. They are just okay. I should have probably sized down and half size, but also gotten a wide. The outside of my big toes rub so bad I can only wear them every few days. I don't notice a big difference in cushion at all, but then again I am not a runner. I walk/stand up all day at work. I was hoping for a more noticeable difference in comfort vs my brooks or adidas ultraboost as I usually wear. Unfortunately I don't. I very much prefer my ultraboost shoes and they're less expensive. I also feel like I am on stilts with these and I have to be extra careful and conscious to not twist my ankle while wearing these. They are fine, nothing is wrong with them, but I won't be spending my money on Hokas again.

I will give this shoes time to break in. I am disappointed as these are not as plush as the Bondi 6. The heel cup is stiffer and width of the shoe is not as wide. All my friends warned me that the shoe is very different, wish they would bring back the Bondi 6. It's tolerable but not comfy.

I bought this shoe based on recommendations from family members. I loved them when I put them on. I wear a 6 and the shoes felt a little big. I decided to give the shoe a test run to see what the size felt like when using them. The first thing I noticed was that going down a half size might be better for me. After walking on the treadmill for 15 minutes I began feeling pain on the inside of my left foot. The left shoe felt like it was cutting the inside of my arch. When I took the shoe and my sock off I had a red line. I ran my finger along the insole on the left shoe and it was sharp and felt as if it curled up. The right shoe didn’t feel the same way. Because the insole is messed up I am returning them. I’m debating on whether to try the smaller size and seeing if the insole flaw is an one off manufacturing error. However, these are expensive and a quality control issue is concerning.

Hoka are the IT shoes in my part of Flordia's sun coast. The footbed has accurately been described as "walking on a Tempur-pedic mattress." Unfortunately, that's not quite my style, hence the loss of one star. Although I wear a 6.5 in other athletic shoes, and a 6 in "normal" shoes, a 5.5 was the right fit in the Hoka.
