I have arthritis on one of my big toes. These shoes have been a life saver to my long walks. I love walking and so far these shoes have been the best shoes I had tried to walk on. Super comfortable and sole provides great support for the whole foot. I will definitely buy another pair. I would recommend to get regular width, as the wide width feel too big and loose. The style of the shoe is already really roomy.

My first pair of Hokas-- it took me a little while to adjust to the thick sole and feel, but these shoes have significantly helped my recovery from plantar fasciitis and a calf strain. Incredibly comfortable and supportive, and work well with my orthotics. I usually wear a size 10 in Asics or Saucony, but the 9.5 was perfect in these. I'm buying a back up pair now!

I think these shoes are wonderful however, I've already seen some heavy duty wear on the sole.

Nicely wide in the toe box area, which is what I expected in a wide size shoe, but narrow/tight in the arch area and painful under my arches. It might be a better fit for someone with narrower, higher arches and a wider forefoot. I heard great things about these shoes, but they just hurt my feet. Thanks Zappos for the easy return process!

The fit is true to size, the shoes are very comfortable. I just wish I had more options on color with the size that I wear.
I'd also recommend:

I have had many Hokas and this one, the Hoka 7 has just in a short time had the heel wrinkle up even tho I have taken to using a shoe horn. Very disappointing for such an expensive pair of shoes . Certainly have loved my hokas in the past but these are not at all good

My first pair last year , were comfortable and my feet did well in them because of arthritis. But this pair did nothing but make my feet hurt more . I stand on concrete most of the day for the proce I thought they would work better . Sent them back

Helps with soles of feet with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy however balance can be challenging. Shoes rock although not as much as MBT's. Likely feet without neuropathy will find these comfy, and balance issues posed by rocker bottoms will not be an issue.

I have been looking for the perfect shoes for years, and have tried every brand. Then I put on a pair of Hoka's and now will never wear anything else.

Finally switched to a wide size, perfect for those that run long distances and experience swelling in the foot, these are perfect. I also experience numbness in my calves and feet when running over 3 miles, these helped diminish the issue, not completely eliminate but helped. I wear these when I am not running as well, helps with my plantar fasciitis. Never experienced any blisters either, I can wear these straight from the box and run without any issues! Lovely company!

Everything about the product is great. I have narrow heels and I can tighten these up to keep the snug. Love them!

I have to say that I love Hokas and they have saved my feet from severe pain. Unfortunately, this pairs right foot was not a wide size. The left fit perfectly but the right was much too tight. I tried to wear them thinking I was imagining the tightness, but they have continued to put pressure on the outside of my right foot. I have had 2 previous pairs so I feel like this one is just a lemon.

Having fractures in both feet, ankles and metatarsals, in which I was non weight bearing for over 4 months, both my feet and body had to become fully functional again. My Orthopedist recommended HOKA shoes. My first pair came and I was thrilled. I call them my "Hokus Pokus" shoes as they are "magically" allowing me to walk again with a smooth rolling gait in great comfort. The cushioning is superb! I will wear only HOKAs from here on, in great comfort. Right now, they are the only shoes I can wear. Trying to get my life back to normal, I have even gone to NYC to the Met Opera and to dinner in those shoes (dressed up but in all black HOKA shoes) twice this past two months. I would imagine not too many buyers of HOKA shoes wear them out to dinner and the opera! I am proud to do so. I am also very pleased to be walking so well again, 8 months into the 12 month recovery estimate.

Hoka are the best athletic shoes I have owned. I pronate and these offer the cushion and support I need while running, participating in fitness classes or just being on my feet for a long period of time. Highly recommend for anyone who is active and seeks comfort and support The Bondi appear to be a big shoe in terms of structure but you will get used to the look and the comfort outweighs this by far

I was a decade long user of NB shoes because my doctor recommended them a long time ago. I have been very disappointed which lead me to discover HOKA! These shoes are exactly as they sayextremely comfortable, keep my feet supported and stabilized. I work in health care and I am on my feet for 12 plus hours a day! No more foot, knee or hip pain! No more NB shoes for me! I am now a true HOKA convert!!! Job well done HOKA!

The shoes felt fine when I tried them on in the store, but when I went for my regular 4 mile walk in them I started to develop a blister. The instep is way too much for me. Wish I could replace them, or at least get another insole that would work. Pretty disappointed....

These fit like they were made for my feet! Very comfortable. I was wearing size 8.5 in Orthofeet shoes. The 9 is a better fit.
