AMAZING shoes for people with disabilities. I have been searching for and adapting sneakers for years and these are the absolute best. If you wear orthotics or have misshapen or scrunched up feet from tight muscles, any Billy Footwear shoe will be a dream! Just unzip the top and place your foot in and zip closed. No struggling, squeezing or pushing to get your foot into a shoe. Order them now!

I am absolutely thrilled with these shoes. I suffer from MS and have always had to have someone put my shoes on for me. With these shoes I can do it myself and feel more independent. Thank you Billy Footwear!

I purchased these shoes to accommodate an AFO brace. I didn't want to look like I was wearing my grandmother's shoes, and these shoes have some style to them. To accommodate the brace, which I will need to wear for a couple of months, I ordered a half size larger and in a wide size. These shoes work well and are easy to put on and off. My foot and ankle surgeon was impressed.

I wear an orthotic and heard about Billy Footwear. Now, I can wear stylish shoes instead of big mens shoes with velcros.

I really wanted these to fit. I love the idea of a zipper around the shoe. They folded open, when unzipped, to almost flat. They have great potential in both style and comfort categories. Make them in a W that is a D rather than a C width and I will buy many of these. Regrettably, must return this pair.

I needed shoes that would work with an AFO brace. Zappos must have sent 20 pairs of shoes! Zappos is so awesome. I finally ordered a half size larger and in a wide. These work. They aren’t the best looking shoes that I have worn, but they are comfortable and easy to zip closed, and they don’t look like orthopedic shoes.

I bought these for my 83 y.o. mother who has horrible arthritis. She is now able to get into her shoes with little effort. She says they’re comfortable and judging that she is wearing them every time I see her they must be.

This is my first time to buy shoes on line and I am very happy with the size and look! The shoes are very comfortable, especially for the foot I've got pain in and limited movement. I can perfectly adjust the width of the shoe according to my issues of swelling and tenderness, which changes daily.

I wanted to love these. They feel really well made. Unfortunately, with my braces on, they don’t zip up fully and come up about 1.5” short. That’s probably on account of my super high arch. I need a shoe with a bit more clearance. I was super excited to find something *other* than sneakers to wear. Oh well, back to the drawing board! These are very nice and I’m disappointed they don’t work for me. There’s nothing wrong with the shoes! I’m grateful for Zappos excellent return policy.

Fit was good. Only reason to return shoe was it did not have a neutral heel. From the online photos the heel looked level. Unfortunately it was not. I liked that you could use the zipper or put the shoe on with the laces. The zipper was a little hard to use.
