Love these pants. I wear them often. I have them in navy and black. They are not super warm outdoors, but good for a winter day indoors. Very comfortable.

Liked these so much I bought a pair for my daughter to use in the winter.

I have 2 pair, one smaller for athletics and one larger for wearing casually. Hate the waist loop b/c on the larger it's way too big and superfluous but the pants still work for casual wear and I love both of them.

Bought it for hiking, as I recently converted from wearing hiking pants to hiking tights (Kuhls) and loved the unrestricted feel. But these tights are so comfortable that I am using them for most outdoor activities as well as lounging around.

I love these tights. They kept my legs warm enough on 32 degree hikes recently. Nice compression.

I love leggings with pockets so I can put my cell phone in them. I wear them under tunics, dresses and the SmartLoft quilted skirts! (I have 2 now!) These leggings are great because they have the inner drawstring which I love to keep them from rolling down! And the "moto" styling with ruching on the legs is super cool! #SmartwoolLove

The fit and styling are terrific. The waist band fits higher on the waist adding comfort. I love these tights. They aren't for really cold temps. I highly recommend purchasing these tights...they'll be your go to pair!

I bought this right as I needed a Smartwool that wasn't fleece lined. I needed a tight that disappeared on my body when I ran and that didn't over heat me. BOOM! I found it and bought a second pair. I haven't ran in temps lower than 20 in it but am looking forward to testing them out. P #smartwoolLove

Pockets! This is such an important thing to have in athletic leggings. I can bring my smartphone with me on a run, cross country ski or snowshoe and keep piece of mind that my phone is with me. The Moto tight is definitely compression, and runs a tad long, but with the tapered bottom it's no issue. I definitely recommend for cooler weather, high intensity activities.

I am always on the hunt for a pair of high quality workout pants that can transition from the outdoor trails to the office and I was happy to come across these moto pants. They are very flattering to wear as a pant and sturdy enough for a workout. I love how form fitting they are and the high quality material hides any unevenness in the rear. I love then so much I purchased both the black and navy!

I originally got a large, and ended up sending those back and getting the medium and I am in LOVE with them! I'm 5'4" and about 165 lbs, and my only complaint is that they're still a little long. I wore them for two days and they still felt brand new. I'm pretty sure I could live in these leggings.

I am 5'8" about 135 pounds, The medium fits well. I like that these are high waisted so I don't get the "muffin top" that makes me feel fat. They are WARM but not hot. I am always cold, I and now wear these all winter with skorts over them and I am NOT cold. The fit is really flattering. They are my favorite "go to" legging. I have both colors. I love the navy, and the Smartwool brand Navy Skort of course matches it perfectly. I get tired of wearing black all winter. I hope they make a brownish toned color in the future.

I have not worn these leggings yet but they look good. The color I bought is Northwoods, I think I should have purchased black instead.

Good compression, a little long in the leg for me and very high waisted. They did not sag down on a 7.5 mile hike.too loose in the ankle and too long but I am 5'4" and 150#.

I am a leggy 5'6" and 145 lbs and these pants are too long. I still love them but if you have shorter legs, you might consider getting a shorter inseam. They feel like compression pants and hold everything in place (size medium). More of an everyday or light activity pant, they are cozy and comfortable.

Not as warm/thick as advertised, but warmer than normal leggings. I got these for my wife and these do keep her warmer than normal leggings, but since she runs cold, its not enough for 20 - 30 degree weather. Great compression and I think she looks great in them, but Im bias (she likes them too). The hunt for a pant than can keep her warm on snow days continues.

This is my second purchase of these tights. I use them for Pilates and transitional temperature hiking. There has been a slight design change. The original pair had a drawstring and and bigger pockets. I prefer the elasticized waist band on the current version, but the pockets got smaller. Granted, the original pair was a size L, and the current pair are a M, but that shouldn't have shrunk the pockets so much. But still, a decent poly/wool blend tight that works well in a Yoga or Pilates studio.

I bought these in a size medium for use on an upcoming fall trip to New England. Was looking for something that would keep me warm on cool days/nights and that was comfortable and easy to pack. I will keep these but I am disappointed in comfort. They are VERY tight and a bit of a struggle to pull up over calves and thighs. I am 5'6 and about 138 and usually wear either a small or medium. I think if I'd ordered a large they would have been way too long. I'll keep just because I might wear them occassionally. Not thrilled

I love the compression feel of this base layer, really warms and activates my muscles. I was worried about the tight fit initially and then grew to love it. Smartwool never fails in the "keeping you warm" department for all sports. My co-workers raved about this legging and now I know why!! #SmartwoolLove

Nice fabric, comfortable and good looking. Love the waistline height enough to be slimming and comfy but not too high. They seem to run small. I ordered M 5'6" 135 lbs. and they are fine but take a little doing to get on and off.

Based on the image, I wasn't in love with the gusseting but decided to get them anyway because I have been so satisfied with the rest of my Smartwool tights. Since receiving them, the online images are very accurate. I'm still not completely sold on the gusset appearance but they are so functional that it is easy to deal with it. Like the other tights, the pocket game is great. They are actually big enough to carry things like a phone and keys without adding too much bulk. They are very stretchy while remaining thick enough to prevent seeing through. #SmartwoolLove
