Bought as a lighter base layer to the warmer one I got a year ago - blown away with how soft and comfortable it is! Planning on another just because!

Best garment purchase in 20 years! Slim sized, so I sized up. Wool might shrink a little with wash.

Very comfortable, you can feel how well it breathes, the fit is true to size and the color blocking is on point

This classic thermal merino wool is the best merino wool base layer I've ever owned, Durable , stylish and most importantly keeps me warm during extremely cold weather without the need to add so much layers on top, highly recommend it

I wear it as a base layer at work. I'm outside regardless of temperature and this shirt is perfect. I also have the long underwear and they are great too

As a curvy girl, I personally love the men's fit of the classic thermal better because the women's just doesn't fit me quite right. The shoulders fit better, the sleeves are long enough, the torso is long enough and my waist looks snatched. I originally swiped my husband's and now I just bought this one for myself when the women's XL didn't fit me quite right so I wasn't getting any use out of it and Smartwool's guarantee helped me find something I'll actually use, and I use it all. season. long.

Purchased for my husband to take on our trip to Iceland, along with the matching base layer bottoms. Did not disappoint! My husband thought they fit perfectly and were cozy and comfy! Worked perfectly under his snow gear, and even just to lounge in! Will absolutely be ordering more!

A world of difference compared to other under Armour/ synthetic base layers. Amazing temperature regulation, can withstand serious wear and tear with multiple days on the slopes to hard days working outside. My husband also wears this simply to lounge for days because it's so comfortable (and rarely develops bad smells!)

Comfortable, warm, breathable. I was on fence about this purchase for a while but I'm glad I finally made the purchase. I'm relatively new to layering and Merino wool really is a game changer.

I love the fit and feel of the Merino wool against my skin! Such an improvement over the cheap plastic fiber base layers. The size Medium fit my 5'11" frame perfectly with room to move around. Very happy with my purchase.

I use this as a base layer on cool mornings. It also wears well under a vest!
