I wear this for everything. Biking, camping, split boarding. I would wear it everyday if it wasn't for my girlfriend telling me to take it off and wash it.

From the day the temperature drops in the fall till spring thawing, I live in my Hoodie! My wife calls it my uniform! I have four of them. And yes, I would recommend it to a friend. I actually bought one for a friend.

Great stuff. Good quality base layer. I wear this stuff every day during the winter.

Fits great. I work outside in the elements is very effective, the hooded part is very effective at protecting the ears from chill. Surprisingly so. I highly recommend this over the non hooded versions.

I wear this for early morning dog walks and cold cycling days when layering is super important. Love how it fits and looks on this old (72) guy when most things don't.

I've worn smartwool everyday for six years. I wear a full set in the winter building houses: socks, bottoms, top and balaclava. The hoodie saves from wearing the balaclava some days to mix it up.

I love this! I have had a quarter zip 250 weight SW baselayer for several years now that is a standard part of my wardrobe for field work, downhill skiing, ski touring, backpacking, cross country skiing, running, etc and I have always thought a baselayer hoodie would be the perfect addition, and here it is! I've only had it for a week but so far I love it! The only qualm is that the hood could be a bit snugger fit to fit under other hoods/helmets/etc, given that it is a baselayer.

My Smartwool hoody is perfect for skiing, aprs ski, and relaxing by the fireplace. The hoody is my everyday baselayer - warm enough for comfort, but never too heavy. It's a three season hoody. I give the hoody a 100%+ recommendation.

I travel a lot in Winter and I don't worry about taking a lot of clothes! I take one of my lighter weight base layers and put a heavier weight base layer over that and with a jacket, I am ready to go!! It's so easy to pack now!! Plus, if I'm going to be gone for 4 days I just take one extra set besides the one I am wearing on the plane!!

I was kind of skeptical at first because of the price so I only purchased one. Shortly after I received my order, I order three more because of the quality and how well the product worked for me.

This is a classic midweight Smartwool layer but with a hoodie. The cool thing is that the hood can be pulled up and layered underneath a cap keeping both the neck and head warmer. Functional and a nice design.

My husband wears this under knit sweaters. It's his favorite baselayer.

This bad layer is very comfortable. It feels a lot thinner than some of my other ones. I wore this cutting trees and fence rows in 40 degree weather and it kept me warm.

Wearing around the neighborhood and around the house. Super comfortable. Bought a size M as a 5'8", around 155 lb guy. Fits a little looser than the thermal base layer crew necks, but I appreciate that it's not super tight.

Smartwool product is great. Great fitting and not full of microplastics. Highly recommend any of their product if you want something warm, comfortable and stylish!

This hoodie is perfect to wear as a layer or to be worn by itself. I can wear to go to sleep and the next day wear it all day, then finish off the evening with some soccer action still wearing this hoodie. Love it!

My husband loves this hoodie - he has two now! He wears it when we skin up the mountain. It's perfect for warmth of the head/ears - but also for sun protection. My only complaint is that you don't make these for women? I don't understand why you don't. I bought one from a different brand for me but the opening was too small for the face. Please make one for women!
