This shirt is perfect! I honestly want to wear it every day so I will probably buy another one!

Smartwool products are, by far, the highest quality, warmest, and breathable pieces of apparel on the market today. I have purchased the base layer crew myself for cold winters, walking, running, hiking, etc. I have given them as gifts to my friends and family. They also rave about the quality, light-weight warmth smartwool base layers provide.

This is my second 250 base layer crew - love them. They are a good weight, very comfortable and not itchy like some wool can be. I wear as a base layer or a 'winter long sleeve T'. Well made and nice looking, in addition to keeping you warm. TTS . I'm 5'10"/135# and wear a sz 6. I got a medium and it fits perfectly, not too tight. I could probably wear a small, but I wanted it to have a little room. I got the heather purple and it was a pretty lavender...

I absolutely love this shirt! I wear it for exercise as well as for every day wear and even out for a slightly dressed up event. It's warm. It's comfortable! And it continues to look great after many washes. I have a black one that I've worn for a couple of years now, and it still looks great! I always wash it inside out, in warm water and dry it in a cool dryer cycle. Maybe that's why. The cranberry colored base layer crew struck my fancy this year and it's under the tree as I write! Happy Christmas to me!

I absolutely love these 250 base layer crew tops. I'm always cold & these are so cozy & warm. When it's really cold I start layering them. This was the only place I found the top in Ocean Abyss. I love this color...in fact I'm wearing it right now. I'm always looking for aqua/turquoise shades & they are hard to find. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It's great as an underlayer for turtlenecks and sweaters :)

I use as a layering shirt. I like that it fits close to the skin so layering is not cumbersome. It's warm when layered over and very soft and comfortable to be in for all activities. I love that the sizes have become accommodating to a tall, long armed, broad shouldered woman that doesn't need wide in the body when a bigger size is purchased.

The best. Been wearing these for at least 20 yrs. or so. I still have the originals. I wear as sweaters, and they are extremely comfortable. They wash beautifully, and soften up , the older they get.

I have quite a few of these tops and wear them daily. Good for working out, relaxing, sleeping and everything else

I love this shirt. i wear it when i go on hikes and i feel warm without being overly hot.

This was my first Smartwool purchase, and it did not disappoint. You can immediately see and feel the quality. Kept me very warm at a tailgate/ football game in the low- to mid-40s. Wish it was a tad longer in the torso but love it otherwise.

As a NY native with a son who loves being outside in the winter I am anxiously awaiting the cooler weather to give these a good test! So far they are soft and minimally itchy (top more than bottom) but they are 100% wool so it comes with the fabric! So far they fit well and have washed well also! #sweepstakes
