My backpack came with a VAPE inside of it. I am utterly shocked and confused. This was supposed to be a gift. Although my bag looks new, it smells like vape. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement but I am still so taken aback by the fact that there was a vape inside of my herschel backpack. I would recommend purchasing from another site.

Purchased both the backpack and crossbody bag for travel, and now use daily. Convenient, laptop pocket, lightweight and holds a lot without looking or feeling clunky. Durable, neutral color and extremely functional. Highly recommend, really impressed with Herschel quality.

This is a really attractive looking bag. One problem - The fabric is sooo stiff that it makes getting to the zippers difficult. I used it for a trip to Hawaii for my carry on and a beach bag. Lots of room, but the fabric did not soften up - the reason I gave it 4 stars.

This doesn’t seem the same quality as our other Herschel bags but still good to use.
