The cleats I ordered were tough to fit into. I've worn a size 10.5 for 40 years, ordered a 10.5 but couldn't get my foot into the cleat. I've just returned them and your return process went very well. I'll go online again and order an 11!

the 8.5 shoe fit well in the toe area but was too large in the heel area. Shoe slipped around even after trying tightly. Bought for thirteen year boy. Shoe had to fit over thick baseball socks.
