I received a pair that was sewn incorrectly on the one shoe. Called customer service for an exchange, and was sent back the same exact pair 9 days later. I could tell by the messed up sewing, the way I laced them, that shown they had been tried on, and a distinctive mark on the box, from filling out a return address label. I called customer service, and after one exchange, they only allow you to return the item, even though their warehouse is at fault.

Not enough attention to detail. Purchased as an alternate

Good if you're on a budget. My little one did find them comfortable and enjoyed wearing buy the sizing in these is definitely different to other Adidas trainers he has and they didn't last very long.

Great running trainers. Best for kids who are confident at tying their own laces.

TBH the trainer soon showed wear; the mesh quickly came away from the under layer.

Really good for the price but I've been totally let down by the lack of cushion on the sole - it's not foamy, let alone 'cloudfoam', slightly uncomfortable as a result.

I love the style of the shoe but the fit is too narrow.

No support. Too much coushion. Felt like cheap shoes you get at the supermarket

Disappointing product which is rare from Adidas. First time I've even experienced disappointing quality. The inside sole was not inserted correctly and all wrinkled and creased which made them unable to put on fully. Returned for refund.

Make the upper part of the show more durable noting that they are for kids who run all around. In our case, this was torn out in less than 6 months

Seemed ideal and perfect for my son at first sight. Unfortunately they actually had a fault with the lace holes which had beeb hidden with the way they came pre laced up.

Extremely poor quality. I am used to buying children's trainers that will only last nine months to a year, but these are already falling apart one month after purchase. The tread of the shoe doesn't even match the footprint.

it's not upto the mark, it doesn't look as per the specifications.

I ordered size 12.5k but adidas sent me size 12k. This is not the first time it had happened. I also ordered golf shoes for myself and received completely different item. Thirdly, ordered another pair of shoes, box was Damaged and shoes were dirty. What's wrong with adidas quality.

The size you sent to me is an adult size. Not 6,5 shoe kid.

The size of the shoes that arrived is not the one I ordered. I ordered size 6 as a child and received size 6 as an adult.

No support in foot area, material loose. I would worry shoe would give and cause I jury

I had to return these. First time I tried Ship to store because the time to get the product was shorter than if I had it shipped to home. Turns out it didn't arrive in that window.. taking longer than if I just had it shipped to home, but that's besides the point. I had to return these because I ordered a size 6 shoe for my son and when we received it, we got a size 6 box and a pair of size 4 shoes. How does that happen? Quality control and fulfillment have some issues that need correcting.
