I bought them for my daughter who has to wear totally black shoes for her school. She absolutely loves them. She has wide feet but didn't need size up.

They fit well. They need to be stretched a bit to get the usual lace tennis shoe feel. The laces were just super tightly strung when we got them. Easy to fix though.
