The brand delivered top quality like they always do. It's comfortable, warm, has held up in the snow and rain! Only thing that concerns me is how durable the Velcro will remain???? Time will tell!

I wanted black Suzy's last year but they only had black camo. I loved them because of how comfortable they are though. They are boots that feel like wearing tennis shoes! And there is plenty of room for thick socks on really cold days. I now own three colors and love them all. I wear them all day at work (I work in an elementary school so I'm on my feet most of the day).

Even though I live in sunny California these are now my favorite winter boots! Lightweight and comfortable, I wear them everywhere, even in the house. They feel like slippers but keep the rain and snow out. Highly recommend.

They look like they would be comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't even get my foot into the half-size larger ones I bought.

There is no padding in the bottom of the boot, but they look good

I think the velcro closures are not really good. I found them awkward. I will keep them anyway.

I LOVE this boot. But the problem I have soles wear out fast. I have 3 pairs of RYKA last pair I got has wedged sole. I can't wear cause of wedge sole I have knee problems so the wedge sole causes my ankles to twisting and putting me of balance causing me too fall. I WISH they made that tennis shoe with NO wedged heel. I can't use my boot that lace up anymore cause my nerves in my left. They need to make MORE SHOES THAT OPEN FROM THE SIDE FOR US PEOPLE WITH NERVE DAMAGED OUR CAUSED BY DIABETES. That is why I can't give a 5 star rating

I got the wrong shoe and size from what I ordered ! Received a light gray 9 1/2 I ordered a black size 12 Smh !
