Customer Reviews New Balance Kids Fresh Foam Fast v2 (Little Kid/Big Kid)

My 4 yo grandson was really excited to get this shoe, but be aware that even though my search specifically was set to exclude lace up shoes (I wanted the elastic slip-ons like other New Balance models I have ordered in the past), this is actually a lace-up shoe. I am sure it's a great shoe if that's what you are looking for, but in this case, I ended up returning the shoes due to inaccurate advertising.

Fit well for my wide footed son. New Balance fits him the best and this is no exception.

My son really like the look of the shoe, but the shoestrings seem like they’re not as long as they should be the lace them all the way up. Can’t tie them if we lace them at the top two holes.

Perfect school shoes for 10 year old boy.

Son loves them. Very comfortable. He’s got a lot of compliments.

My almost 6 year old loves these! He said they’re very comfortable and he can run “so fast”. They look great and I saw no evidence of rips after he dragged his toes while bike riding.

My 8 year old loves these. They're great for Ninja Warrior as they help grip the warp wall.

My son absolutely loves these shoes! They are easy for him to get on and off and he says they are comfortable. He wears them any chance he gets! I will be getting them in the next size when he needs them.

Images of this item were misleading for me, so be sure to watch the video. These are traditional lace-style shoes, not elasticized laces like I had thought.

My son was growing out of the size 13 Nikes. We decided to get this in size 13.5 and it didn't feel much bigger, it was definitely more narrow so we are returning it. Color and style are nice though.

The fit and comfort level was great but the material must have been low quality because the shoe ripped right where the big toe is. my son only got to wear them a couple months before this happened!

The sneaker ran small. It isn’t a supportive sneaker.

Nice shoe; however, the rubber sole of the shoe starts to delaminate after 1 day of use. Disappointed in the quality of the pair that I received, hopefully others have a better experience.

I was looking for slip on shoes. This came up in the search, I bought it and its lace up. Fine shoe if that's what you are looking for but returning it right away.

Ordered my kid (7 years old) a size 2w to accommodate for a little growing room. I could barely get his foot into this shoe. I was totally disappointed with NB. This shoe was cut so short. It appears to be about almost a full size too small. I had to recheck the label in the shoe to ensure the correct shoe size was sent.
