They are very nice. I love the look and they feel very comfy but after wearing them around the house all day by the end of the day my ankles were hurting because of the high tops. Didn't feel like that was an issue when I first put them on but after hours of wearing them it was very uncomfortable to me. I wish they made the same shoe but not high top I would buy them in a second.

First pair of On Clouds and my normal size 9 fits perfectly. I haven't worn them very long to give a great review, but I love the color and style. Based on this, I would recommend.

I typically wear a 6.5 (37) and ordered accordingly. These were about 1/2 size too small for my feet. I have narrow feet overall and my feet felt both cramped and swimming in these shoes due to the overly complicated speed lacing system. The ankles and tongue rubbed after just a few minutes of wear. I really wanted to love these because they are the perfect balance of style and function that I was looking for in an urban walker, but I will sadly be returning due to the numerous fit and comfort issues.

Website said get half size up. That seemed accurate. Shoes looks more like a hiking shoe compared to a monochrome dressy sneaker.

I work in these all day and walk 5 miles a day. I have only had them 2 weeks. My othotics did not fit in them so maybe a will try half size larger next time

Just a bit tight and looked more like a hiking boot than a hip sneaker. The height of the sole is high for hiking otherwise i'd have switched gears and used them as such - worrying me about tipping.

Normally take a 7.5 in Hoka, 8 fit well. Zero arch support. Note, they are elastics (didn't realize, not fan)

The seam on the left shoe is not right. It made a huge place on my left toe.

Ummmm… how do you tighten them? Why would On assume a one tightness fits all approach? I want mid tops to hold my foot and ankle in position on decline hikes - so my toes don’t slam into the front of the toe box. I really like the look and comfort of this shoe, but with no ability to lock my ankle in place, this shoe is a definite FAIL.
