Shoe initially was very comfortable but after walking for a bit I realized the shoe was digging into the inside of my ankle, particularly on the right side. I gave it a few more tries because the shoe was comfortable in the toe box, where often I find discomfort. But for the price, they were not working. Had to return. I don't think another size would have helped, it was just the way they fit me.

The general cushion of the shoes feel great, HOWEVER...the material around the ankle is very stiff which makes them very painful to wear. I reached out to the company and they suggest it is a fit problem and to go the next size up. Not sure I'm sold on the idea....

The shoe looks awesome. The size and width are perfect but not very comfortable. This is my 2nd pair of On I like them but I'm going to look for a pair that has more Cush in them.

I bought these waterproof shoes 3 years ago - size 9.5 that fit fine. I ordered a new pair, same size and there were way too small. I am not sure if I need a 1/2 size up but will start there. I do love these shoes so am hoping a bigger size will work for me.

These are sturdy and lovely, but run small.

I was looking forward to these shoes. They seem like they can be sneakers and hiking (waterproof). However, they were very rigid, uncomfortable shoes and I will be returning them.
