Fits a narrow foot. This color is a little hard to keep clean, scotch guard before wear.

Simply great! Love walking in these, makes me want to walk more! Comfortable while providing great support. I’ve noticed less hip & knee ache once I started walking in the clouds!

I bought these because everyone raves. While they are lovely and fit well, the cushioning is almost strictly under the heel, moderate under the arch and completely nonexistent under the toes. It’s kind of anticlimactic.

I have several pairs of On Cloud slip-on sneakers and love everything about them. I have been wanting a white pair but not all white. I liked the black accents on the Cloud X so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately they didn't work for me. The toe box was a little wide and the sides came up too high and rubbed on my ankle bones. I was disappointed because I liked the overall style and the black accents broke up the white nicely. I also hadn't notice that the Cloud X only come with tie shoelaces. I prefer the slip on style but appreciate that they also come with tie laces.

I wanted to love these. The cushion was amazing, acutely fit my narrow heel, so lightweight. But the front of the ankle cup rubbed no matter how I adjusted the shoe. Will try again with a different style as the shoe was otherwise SO comfortable.

had to return this pair. one shoe felt larger than the other. bought another pair and they were fine.

Comfortable, stylish, love the fit and laces that stay tied. But 3 months in and the fabric wore through at the toe, on the right shoe. :(

I got this shoe to walk indoors and do HIIT online during the Covid cooler months. The shoes are great, a little slip in the heel but that’s typical for my narrow foot.

I normally wear a 6.5, but buy a 7 in athletic shoes so my toes can move and I can use thicker socks. The Cloud X in a 7 was way too roomy and bulky for me -- it felt like a 7.5 in width and length. I might order a 6.5 in a different color. Also, are On Cloud X supposed to come with extra laces, like the On Cloud? The pair I received did not have them.

Not very comfortable at all. No cushion but very stable. They DO NOT stay tied even when double knotted. The laces are skimpy and silky. I would not recommend them unless you are looking for a fashion shoe.

With no cushion, they just felt like walking on hardwood flooring - albeit with good support.

I loved the color, the fit, and the style. Unfortunately, when I ordered I was expecting them to come with the elastic “slip-on” laces the Cloud shoes are known for. Instead they were laces with ordinary shoestrings. I went back to the website to confirm and the picture shows them with the elastic laces. I exchanged them and the replacement was exactly the same. Customer service was awesome in both encounters though.

Overall the shoe is just okay to me. I don’t think they’re amazingly comfortable. They aren’t uncomfortable.. I just don’t think they live up to the hype.

I had hoped these would be my next favorite workout shoe ? They have great style, but are so stiff and hard they’re not comfortable. The footbed is also not supportive and the balls of my feet felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete. Lastly, the rise of the collar of the shoes was too high for my particular foot/ankle anatomy, so they bumped with each step on my indoor floors. I knew they’d only get worse as time went on and the bruising would be painful. Goingo try a lower rise ON style to see if it’ll work for me because as I said, the styling is awesome!

Super comfortable, but the shoe cut into the top of my foot near my ankle. I would definitely try another cloud, but these did not work for me.

Disappointed. Nothing cloud-like about these. Zero cushion and rubbed the bottom of my ankle bone. They were true to size and width. I sized up 1/2 size knowing I'd be putting 10 miles a/day on them. Back to the drawing board.

I was really excited to try these shoes as I work in healthcare along with working out. Sadly I was disappointed. The sides of the shoes cut into my ankles. By the end of the day I felt my ankles were bruised. I expected more out of such an expensive shoe. I tried to wear them again and it just hurt too bad. Weird thing is I ordered 2 pairs just in different colors and the purple still at times will cut into my side but not as bad and seem to have a little more wiggle room. Yet are the same size. I will stick with the purple to see how I like them, but unfortunately I'll probably go back to wearing Brooks.

wanted to love it. it was stiff, side kinda dug into my ankle bone, and real thin and kinda flimsy...i have heard such good things about these shoes, not for me i guess.

Meh, I don’t understand the hype about these shoes. I walk 4-6 miles a day and halfway through my walk, no matter how I tried to alleviate the issue, the balls of my feet would go numb. It felt as if I was walking directly on the pavement. I’m bummed because these were not cheap, but I have no choice but to get something else. Looks like I’ll be going back to Brooks.

loved the color and style, but after a few minutes it killed my baby toe! This would not be the right shoe to travel with. I've worn On cloud shoes for 5 years and this is the first pair I had an issue with. I'm returning for an old fav.

The white turned grey quickly and I have tried bleaching , washing, etc. Normally love these shoes but this pair is terrible and I am so disappointed for the price. No problems with our black or charcoal pairs.

I wanted to love these sneakers. They have a nice, wide toe box are so comfortable on and really feel like I'm walking on little clouds but they gave me terrible blisters on my ankles. There is little to no padding on the ankle area. I'll be returning them sadly.

What the hell zappos? $140 shoes? These obviously were a used return from someone... both shoes laced differently and impromper...had pet hair on them debris on the soles and I just have no more words. They fit, but if I wanted USED shoes I would go to a thrift store
