Just not enough support for knee stability.

Best shoes! These are, by far, the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. True to size. They didn’t require any “breaking in”. I love them!

I loved the way these felt on my feet until I took a step. The back of the shoe kept scraping my achilles. It was like rope burn. Hated to return them because I loved everything else about them.

Zappos picked my size due to past purchases. I’m anywhere between an 8 or 8.5 but the 8 fit perfectly. Shoe is light as a feather and very comfortable.

This is the third pair of this exact shoe I have owned. I love how it fits, and how it looks. You simply cannot find a more comfortable everyday shoe!

So light and comfortable! The only thing that is a little annoying is that the laces are very thin and don’t stay tied as well as regular laces. But overall really satisfied with this purchase!

Perfect for my HIIT classes!

I was hoping for a wonderful fit and feel, but I just didn't feel they hype. For me, these On Cloud X were clunky and lacked support. I put in my orthotics and it didn't help so back they go. I liked how they looked, however.

This is my third pair of On shoes. I love these! I don’t think they are supportive enough for running so I wear another brand for that. But I wear mine to work and on the weekends!

Meh, I don’t understand the hype about these shoes. I walk 4-6 miles a day and halfway through my walk, no matter how I tried to alleviate the issue, the balls of my feet would go numb. It felt as if I was walking directly on the pavement. I’m bummed because these were not cheap, but I have no choice but to get something else. Looks like I’ll be going back to Brooks.

Love these shoes, I ended up returning the silver/almond and getting the white. They are more on trend. They are perfect for my HIIT workouts - lots of support front and back and side to side. I usually size up in athletic shoes but these fit my true size 6.5 and had a wide toe box that fit great.

Just want to say how disappointed I was in these shoes. I wanted them to work because I loved the style! I ordered 4 pairs to try on and compare - this pair, and 3 different pairs of Brooks. I was skeptical because of other reviews and sure enough, you all were right. The shoe has no arch support at all. Even looking down into the shoe there appears to be no insole, just a flat base. Sure, these would work fine if you add a different insole, but it seems like such a low lift for them to add slightly more structure and support to the interior of this shoe. If you're looking for a sporty shoe for just walking around or running errands, these might do the trick, but if you're trying to run any distance at all, don't bother. For the record, all three pairs of Brooks worked great regardless of model.

Love On running shoes, this happens to be my 4th pair. However, on the new version of the cloud X the laces do not stay tied when running. Even double knotted. I constantly have to stop and tie.

I really really wanted to love these sneakers. They look great, but they just didn't feel as comfortable as I was expecting. Maybe it's just my feet are wide.

These are great trainers! I usually do HIIT and these have good lateral support for that type of workout. I added an arch support, which I usually do — I have high arches. I wish the laces were easier to tie under for a slip on fit, I have to tie these every time and tie on top. I also have a narrower foot, so I like my shoe to fit pretty snugly. Overall, I would recommend these shoes for cross training. I definitely will not run in them, but I think you could do a short distance in them.

I love these! It’s my second pair of On shoes, and I was a little nervous about getting a different style...but I had nothing to worry about. Just as comfortable as my other pair and really stylish. I’ll never buy any other brand.

They are true to size and soooo comfortable. Such a great buy!!

I really liked this shoe when I first started wearing them. I wear them for weight lifting & circuit training, usually 3-4 times a week. They work really well but for the price, I feel like they’re wearing out too quickly. I’ve had them a little over 3 months now & they’re starting to make my feet hurt (which disappointed me greatly). I won’t buy this shoe again. I feel like the cushioning shouldn’t be wearing out so quickly for the price. I know the cloud x isn’t supposed to be super cushioned but between when I first got them & now, there’s not much support left. Very very disappointed. Thinking about getting nike metcon, Reebok nano, or nobull next time for training. The cloud x just isn’t for me :(
