I’ve tried other ONs but these are my favorites! True to size and comfy with a little more space in the toe box! I wish they didn’t have the soft lilac sole and touch on the tongue but it’s not that noticeable.

Comfortable and lightweight. Does not have the arch support that I require, so I replace the insert with my own orthotics.

Wow! Love these sneakers. They do run a tiny bit small. So perfect! I tried a few these were the best. Lightweight. They just feel phenomenal on my feet. Going to order a second pair.

I tried a few different pairs of these and the Cloud X were my favorite! I liked the full laces and they are incredibly comfy! The only one that was a little more comfy was the Cloudace but they were more than I was looking to spend. These ones were perfect for me! My new everyday shoe!

Great! Love these shoes

The first pair I bought was a W8, my usual size. They were too big all the way around. I exchanged them for a W7.5 and they are perfect and I am perfectly happy. I love the look, color (light grey) and feel of these shoes. I appreciate the return and reorder process with Zappos. Love, Love, Love

Great show! Very comfortable and stable. 4 stars only because the laces are super thin and show tongue is flimsy. True to size. I wear a 9 1/2 in other athletic sneakers and was the same size in these.

Can rub against the heels as the reviews have said, but lots of arch support.

I love the look of these shoes and am amazed at the comfort they provide! Certainly cannot foresee going back to any I wore in the past.

The shoes were true to fit very comfortable shoes

I have a normal width foot and I wear an 8.5 in gym shoes. This shoe fit perfectly. It is very cute too with the small red tag on the back of one shoe. I will say that although they are comfy and nice, they are not as comfy as my asic kayanos. But, I will buy another pair of the ON in a different style to see if they are as comfy as my kayanos as ON has a unique look that I love!

I have an older pair of these in a size 8; they fit fine. I ordered a new pair in an 8 and they were a little too big and wide. I returned them for a 7.5 and they are good. I don't understand this sizing confusion, but they shoes are wonderful in any case

Ordered M width, got W. I don’t ever get wide width, but I actually like it. The the toe box of the Cloud X is nice and deep. Super comfortable and high quality. Nice looking shoe, too.

Ordered 8.5, but 8 would have been perfect. ( I am accustomed to getting half size up in running shoes.) I wish this model had a black upper with a white sole, that would be perfect. But they seem like awesome shoes! Sooooo comfortable, appear to be very high quality.

These shoes are very comfortable

I sized up half a size as the other reviewers suggested, but I feel like they are true to size- maybe a little wide in the heel. So light and comfortable. Too bad Zappos doesn't have them in the half size down.

I wear a 9 and these were a perfect fit and width!

2nd pair I’ve owned. Ran true to size. Was worried they would be too snug like my previous pair, it these were a good size 10 fit.

These are my second pair of In Cloud X and are the most comfortable shoes ever! I love them.

Fits true to size and is very comfortable. I will buy more of this brand for sure!
